Hi Lo Flex Adjustable King Single Bed Avante Australia Service and Parts – We purchased this bed on the Gold Coast in May 2013 and it performed perfectly for 9 years. In that time, we moved to West Australia and the shop at Bundall where we brought it from had gone out of business. Problems with the foot adjustment appeared in April 2022, so we rang Avante in Brisbane to explain the problem and ask for help. After speaking to Brent Gray from the Service Department, we received a replacement voltage converter unit in the mail to West Australia, within a week; however, this did not fix the issue. I contacted Brent once again to inform him of the progress of the issue. He then sent a control unit and the foot ram in the mail and it was the foot ram that was the problem. On replacing this part, the bed is working again perfectly, much to my wife’s delight. I sent Brent back the control unit in the mail.

This story sounds like a straightforward solution to the trouble we had, but these days it is not always so. Companies with this type of attitude to customer service should be given credit and publicised. We would like to thank Brent for his positive and helpful attitude. His efficiency in handling and dealing with our problem was commendable and extremely satisfying. Martin and Julie Wirth
