has not assisted my sleep patterns. I have knee, hip and back issues as well as mild sleep apnea. If didn’t reduce my wives snoring, and apparently not mine. She found the mattress very comfortable but hated the split mattress set-up. So the bed has been moved to the spare room.

sleep we have never had a sore back since. We both highly recommend this bed to anyone. Whenever we are in the big retail stores and people are looking at beds, we tell them about our bed and were we brought it from, I can't help myself. The customer service team are fantastic to deal with. Happy sleeping:) Christine McMillan

adjusting. Press the feet raising button and it raises the centre etc. Press the foot massage and the motor at the head end starts. The led light is not bright, or adjustable, and looks very cheap. I definitely have it around the right way, as the Mattress retainer is at the foot end. Maybe the wiring is back to front, but I'm no electrician and it's too bulky and heavy to return.
Update: After quite a few back and forth emails and missed calls, a technician attended our house and diagnosed that the motor was installed backwards and the wiring was incorrectly fitted. They fixed it, but it still makes a loud metal on metal noise while using the massage function, and the original problem motor shuts itself down after progressively getting weaker during use. It turns back on after sitting for awhile. I reported these additional problems but am yet to hear back after a week, so the review is being published as is. If they sold a quality product to begin with there wouldn't be any issue, 100% not my fault, yet have to jump through hoops to get it rectified.
Best customer service dealing with people who truly care. Can’t thank Anthony and Brendan enough for all their help. Products speak for themselves, so very happy. Show details

just trying to find the perfect sleeping position, it adjusts effortlessly. The build quality is solid, and the range of motion is smooth and quiet. It’s been a game-changer for my comfort and overall sleep quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enhance their rest with a touch of luxury.
We bought a pair of split queen sized beds that can have the heads and/or feet raised electrically, in addition to a massage programme. Honestly? I… Read more
think we were dazzled by the "bells and whistles" when we went into the store and the guy got us to try these beds out. Having had them now for a couple of years, I can honestly say that we hardly ever use the facility of raising the head and/or the feet. Perhaps if one was sick/coughing a lot, raising the head would be helpful but, overall, I don't think we should have spent the money ($5k). Additionally, a problem that I didn't consider is the actual manchester for this size of mattress. It's easy to buy king single sheets or king size sheets, but queen single?? Very few options, which obliges you to buy, pretty much, only from the store where you bought the bed. This does not offer you the option of getting a Christmas sale or "black Friday" price, which is frustrating in its limitation for a bargain hunter like myself.
As for the actual operation of the beds, it's all been fine (as it should be, considering the little amount we've used it!) They are quiet in operation, which is a bonus.
Having the beds next to each other makes for a slightly difficult process of making the beds, although I've discovered that raising the head of the bed you are making (and then putting it down when you've finished that mattress), makes this process easier. And if you had the beds further apart the bedding wouldn't work, as you get two queen single fitted sheets and one queen sized top sheet in a set so they're obviously assuming that the beds will be next to each other.
Oh, and as for the massage programme...it's not really a 'massage' but more of a vibration, bit like lying on top of your washing machine when it's spinning (not that I've ever done that). So the massage option doesn't get a big sales pitch from me.
So, would I recommend this product? Not unless you are really sick and likely to make use of the electric lifting options. Otherwise, I think you're better off buying a really comfortable good quality standard (i.e. non-electric) bed in a size that is easy to accommodate with bedding! Don't be like us and get captivated in the moment with the excitement of something that you're probably not going to use but will spend a lot of money buying. ;)
