After much research we settled on a Sleep Electric split king bed. The service from Brad and his team in the Sleep Electric Victoria North and West area was nothing short of outstanding. options which we were able to try. The bed already has a fabric surround so you arent left with ugly metal legs or having to purchase an additional bed surround. The split king can also be separated to create two long single beds. After purchasing the bed our situation changed and we needed to have it in place much sooner than expected. The team were fast, efficient and within 2 days of notifying them we needed it sooner, it was installed in our home. They also dismantled the existing bed. Every team member was helpful, friendly, respectful with absolutely NO pressure, especially at the sales point. We could not recommend them highly enough and look forward to enjoying our new beds for a long time to come.

I have found Sleep Electric to be an amazing company to deal with. I have final stage heart failure and found it almost impossible to sleep on my conventional good quality bed, because of fluid build up in my lungs gave me a drowning feeling. Bed to enable me to get out of my recliner chair which had become my bed for the last 2 weeks. The bed is amazing and can put me into a comfortable position to enable me to get a good nights sleep. The people that I have dealt with have been exceptional people and are so helpful from the sales department, to the home demonstration van driver, and even the owner of the company. The delivery staff were so kind and helpful in setting up the bed, and instructing me how to use it. My total experience has been wonderful and I am grateful for all the professional help I received from them. The bed is the highest quality and represents good value for the money. When you work out that you spend about a third of your life in bed and that it is so important to get a good nights sleep to repair your body, it's the best investment you can make, When I think of all the money spent on the other two thirds of my life and compare it to what I spent on a great bed to aid my health and recovery, the cost pales into insignificance. was comfortable. But I knew that I would have trouble after my op getting out of the bed as I thought I needed the firm one . George exchanged it to the firm one no questions asked. Then I wasn't sure so he exchanged it again to the medium one . And now to cut a long story short . I did offer to buy a firm mattress as I felt terrible not making up my mind . But George said no he was exchanging it for the firm one . I couldn't believe that . This company has definitely gone above and beyond helping me . Who can't seem to make up my mind . the phone. I had a two month delay due to My Aged Care funding delays but that wasn't a problem for George and Sleeping Electric. The bed was delivered in a week fitting in with my timing schedule. I find the mattress I chose comfortable and the automation of the bed smooth. I have one problem, the remote is easy to use but the buttons on it are a bit small. If you are considering buying an automated bed I Strongly suggest you look at Sleeping Electric for their service and high quality products.

I purchased the elite hi low ensemble bed, sleepmax hybrid mattress and affinity grab rail after having trialled it at my front door in the mobile showroom. The bed and mattress are so comfortable and easy to operate. The grab rail has a storage pouch for the bed remote - very handy as it also stores my tv remote. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. I mainly dealt with Matt from North Sydney. Nothing is too much trouble. I received replies to queries promptly and a couple of times after purchase they returned to my home within 1 - 2 days to help fine tune the bed to my needs. Cannot recommend Sleep Electric highly enough!

I have had a Hi Lo Adjustable electric bed from Sleep Electric for 2 years. I had it serviced recently. It is one of the best buys I have made. I sleep well on it and when I wake I can use the remote and sit up comfortably in it without an unnecessary crush of cushions. To make it, I just raise the bed up and it is much easier. I can tilt the head of the bed up for sleeping if I wish - useful when you have a runny nose. It is a king single which is a great size for one person. The cost is not particularly more expensive than any other bed. The supply company also provided a useful and practical view of their offerings and how to use them. The company has been very helpful when information was needed.

With the options of raising the foot and/or the head of the bed to the required comfort level, or the zero gravity option, the bed is perfect for my needs. More than happy with the bed. First ordered the intermediate bed but needed one that inclined and remained straight so changed to the Elite.
