sizes (S,M,L) as I am tall I combined all sizes together to get the correct height. Believe me it does take 2 people to turn the frame over and to position it on its legs. The best way to get the mattress (one bed original) to expand is to unzip its cover to allow more air in. It did come in the format of medium-firm density which is a cooler configuration, great for summer as we now head into winter I have flipped the top two layers to make it medium density as it feels warmer. I use the anti-snore position for sleeping and the Zero-Gravity for relaxing after a long day of driving. When going from Zero-gravity to the flat position is gently stretches the body.

self, grab young nephews for the grunt work... Quality of the frame and motors looked really good and in great working condition Putting it together wasn't all that difficult Once I put my X12" mattress on...ooh it was a whole new ball game Put it in Zero G mode to vege out and watch a TV Series for a bit...nek minit... it was actually watching me, must've dropped off to sleep without realising it (which is something new) My lower back didn't give me grief while in bed and when I get out of bed I'm not hobbling around for a bit (which is COMPLETELY out of character)

I'm super dooper happy with my new investments as my quality of life has increased quite dramatically...and that's after a well rested 8-10hr sleep on the first night?! Wow what are the odds in that

will be able to endure the frequent stretching and folding. Considering it will happen at least once per day, it will wear out the mattress faster than those just lying flat. It is too soon to comment whether the mattress is durable enough to cope with the daily stretching, but the mattress came in a condensed vacuum package and folded as just one-fourth of its original size but was still able to return to shape once the package was removed. It seems okay so far. I will be very happy if it can last for five years.

The only thing I wasn't happy about is the delivery of the bed frame. It came in 2 big flat boxes (60 * 80 inch), very heavy and requiring at least 2 strong people to move the boxes safely. Indeed, there were safety signs on the package clearly shown it needs more than one person to lift the box. Somehow the delivery company arranged only 1 labour to deliver them (?) When Onebed contacted me to inform the delivery arrangement, I wasn't told I was expected to move the boxes. Indeed, during this covid pandemic time, I expect it should be contact-less delivery. I was only reminded by the Onebed staff that if no one home, I will need to re-arrange the delivery and pay for the delivery fee. Regardless it is a miscommunication between Onebed and the delivery company or it is because of cost consideration that the companies just allocated bare minimum in delivery cost, the contractor who was assigned the task that day was paid only $10. I can understand offering "free delivery" can attract more business, but it should not be at the expense of the safety and well-being of the labour and customer. Indeed, not everyone is equipped to do heavy-lifting. If I were told beforehand I could have made proper arrangement that day. I hope it was just an accident rather than usual practices.

Excellent – I suffer badly from reflux and this adjustable bed frame has made the world of difference to my overall health. I wish I had bought this bed years ago. Zero stars customer service – Ordered and paid for bed online from One bed 4 weeks ago. Once boxes opened there were no legs, remote or manual. Also missing a power cord. it was a whole bad batch sent out. Over the last four weeks constantly told time frames that came and went for parts. Always an excuse. Argued for compensation for wasted time. Agreed. Then never paid. Called/emailed again. Told although they stated a definitive time frame, it might take longer. About two weeks in when compensation still not paid and obviously had not even been processed and parts still not delivered (with no communication) wanted to return bed. As casual worker during Covid told them unable to have time off to wait for driver to pick up. Didn’t concern them at all. Offered little bit more compensation. We still did not want bed, but we received an email from “June” with stipulations regarding putting the bed outside for collection that we could not meet. Kept bed as day off worth too much. Compensation 5 1/2 days later still not paid. (Parts have arrived) Do not want to assemble bed until refund complete. Last communication by [Name Removed] said “here is screenshot of refund” saying we can take it up with our bank if we want to chase it up and she hope it helps. We paid in full for this bed 4 weeks ago. But now it’s up to us? Disgusting service. Do not call when they say they will. Haven’t even got to use the bed, which at this stage we do not want but the loss of wage for a day is too great. Constantly making statements they never follow through on. And now to say we can chase it up. Absolutely disgraceful. Will definitely never buy through one bed again. We are also greatly concerned that the bed isn’t even together yet, if this is how they act and treat customers when something happens which is completely their fault, what is the service going to be like if the bed fails?? They forgot to add the legs, remote, manual and the cord to plug it in!! Extremely concerning. It also included broken washers which we were told would not affect the bed working. Great Bed when New – I bought a Onebed Double Bed with adjustable frame to help with my lower back back and sleep apnea in April 2020. Delivery was quick and prompt. the top layer to mix up the the beds firmness but the indentation is still there. It is now uncomfortable to sleep in.

The return policy and trial is only valid for 3 months.

The adjustable frame is great for the price and does what it is supposed to do but the bed doesn't sit flush with the frame and there is gap between between the bed and the frame when in Zero G.

Be wary of the assembling the bed frame it is very heavy and it is a job for two people. I assume that you would buy something like this because you might have a bad back. Hopefully, they offer an assembly service in the future. If there is already an assembly service then they should advertise it or offer this an option during checkout.

Thats my two cents about this bed. I'm hoping that this helps you make an informed decision or improve OneBeds product and service.

is completely clear space underneath for vacuuming and storage (no bulky motors hanging in the way). I can't fault it.

I absolutely love my new bed! – This adjustable bed has been life changing for me! I have significant health issues & permanent injuries & am now able to get the positioning I require & adjust as needed. Only negative is if I roll on to my tummy overnight I wake up pretty uncomfortable, but that's no fault of the bed. Awesome bed! – we wanted a metal bed specifically due to mould and dust issues we are susceptible in that room. it was a bonus to have the adjustable bed and it has been a game changer, not only for the occasional illness where it helps to have the head raised, but to have legs elevated or just a slight head elevation which means we don't need as many pillows. Affordable and sturdy – Not a fan of their mattress, but the electric adjustable bed base is great. It's heavy, but I was able to put it together by myself and I'm impressed with how sturdy it is. I’ll never be able to go back to a normal bed – I purchased this bed for my daughter who has a medical condition affecting her lungs. Snore mode.. or higher.. especially when the partner flops over from side to side which startles the every life out of me and wakes me in the horrors and you can feel it flex if you lean on it too much but apart from that it's pretty good...

Could use a bit more support when lifted to stop the bounce effect when someone moves...
