wanted a demonstration! I through myself on the bed, I was like shoot me now, walking for ages and feeling every step by this point.

I heard about these amazing electric massaging beds but could never afford one as at that time they were expensive.

So i was given the demonstration and after 10mins of being massaged, the bed stopped vibrating and at that moment my body just felt like I was floating on a cloud of fluffy white goodness. I was revitalised, I had a second wind.

I brought that bed there and then, the price was so cheap, like 6k with delivery and instalation. As it was a show price it may now be a little more however, dont let that stop you. This bed gave me a new sleeping pattern, I normally wake up around 3am and feel sore and can't sleep anymore. Since this bed has been installed, I still wake at 3am but im soon asleep again within 10mins. Im feeling so much more energetic in the morning now, so happy with my purchase.

gravity bed has been a game changer, and a lifesaver for me. It did take me a little while to get used to sleeping on my back, and to find “my” best zero gravity position, but that was kind of fun trying out different settings and now that I have found my perfect one, I have saved it to my number one spot, so I just need to click that when I’m ready to sleep. I occasionally find myself rolling onto my side, but even in a zero gravity position I am able to sleep on my side for a while comfortably. I love the massage function, and find this helps me to relax before trying to get to sleep at night. Overall, absolutely love my sleep time bed.

How can this company have a 4.9 star rating? – I don't know how this company has a 4.9 star rating. The customer service is horrendous. Don't expect your calls answered if you have a problem. The office staff are rude and the owner is even worse. They won't refund your money either so he cautious when putting a deposit down on a bed. Terrible customer service. I brought a bed of them when they came to New Zealand. They consultant told me that the beds were made in NZ but the brochure states Australia. I was also sold the M500 bed but nothing in the brochure on that model and all the contact details are Australian not NZ.

I was told someone would call me to arrange delivery, apart from a generic text, I got nothing.. no contact for over 5 weeks!!! Obviously I was now concerned and wanted to cancel my bed.. still after 7 weeks I have not been refunded my money.

poor communication after sale. Sale pitch was good though – signed up and paid deposit August 29th. Delivery said to be 2 weeks, still waiting and no communication!

Poor experience – I feel that the mattress I laid on at the caravan show definitely wasn’t what was delivered to me… very poorly designed… the caravan split electric bed mattresses keep sliding apart and the “plush” side is still very hard resulting in sore shoulders and very poor sleep… Show details

I tried the product out at a trade show. questions. The bed itself is fantastic. The mattress is soft yet supportive and I am sleeping so much better. The massage function sends me off to sleep fairly quickly and my dog loves it too (although she was fairly suspicious of the bed when I first got it).
