Moldy Products – Awful Company. Awful policy. I have been dealing with this company since 2020. When I made my first purchases. None of them had worked out. They don't do refunds. I was given credits. After 3x of trying to find something that was just not working, I sat on my last credit and decided to order a leather bag. Since no clothing was working. The bag showed up covered in mold. Not once did anyone even acknowledge the mold. After I strongly requested a refund for everything. They then lied, said they refunded me and blocked me because "I was rude" And they still haven't acknowledged that they are sending out moldy products. But I'm the bad guy. I'm out over $500 but I'm the bad guy and rude. Wild.

Amazing Australian Brand – I have been buying from the brand for years and I just received what is easily the most beautiful knit dress I have ever seen. As always with Avy & Co. the quality is amazing and I know I will be living in this dress this summer.
Bad customer service – Be careful with ordering online from Avy & Co. I purchased size S leggings and they accidentally sent me size L. I emailed them to let them know and they said size S was now out of stock so would I like a different colour or a refund? I said refund, they then said it would be my cost to post back. I complained and said that’s not fair, and they didn’t care. I will never shop there again.
