Hopeless – Hopeless place an order 8 days later get a message saying. Has this order been placed? fulfillment report isn't marked as 'on order'. What does that even mean. 2 weeks now and still can't get an answer, don't waste your time and money on this company
Still Waiting for my order to arrive – Ordered three weeks ago. Still waiting. After a week I contacted them as I had no updates. They advised there is a delay getting the item from their warehouse. It took another week before it was dispatched but now, it's been sitting in , "Shipment details provided" for the past week. Three weeks later and still waiting.

Efficient & Excellent Customer Service – Emailed company regarding when they would be receiving new stock of Steel Blue Argyle Ladies Steel Cap work boots, response was immediate and they enabled the order straight away.
