AXIS Employment

Employment Agency – Basically if you live in a Rural Area that has no means to access Public Transport as the relevant infrastructure is not there, you are required to own a Vehicle and have a Driver's License in order to make your way to the Work Site. Certainly the one thing that will boost your chances of finding any work, Casual, Part-Time, Full-Time, Cash-in-Hand, Off-The-Books, is a Vehicle and a Drivers License. After making this fact aware to my Employment Consultant from Axis Employment at the time of 2019, the next Appointment I had with her I had a new set of Mutual Obligations Requirements to sign off on if I expected to keep my Centrelink (Job Seeker) payment. The new Mutual Obligations Requirements I signed made no mention of Axis Employment offering assistance with my License, a necessary part of legally operating a Vehicle to attain Employment in a Rural Area. This change in my Mutual Obligations Requirements was brought about as a result of me inquiring on ways to increase my chances of Employment, a change that directly stymied my efforts to find Employment. I made this known to Axis Employment in heated argument 2 years later: Where I asked a previous Employer of mine to provide assurances to Axis Employment that I wasn't trying to break the Mutual Obligations Requirements. Resulting in a phone interview with a new Employment Consultant and her Boss, 6 months after the initial argument, two people I did not know and had never spoken to before.
In this phone call my ability to speak French was insulted as an Employable Skill, in an area with heavy immigration due to Bordertown, South Australia, having the largest Abattoir in the Southern Hemisphere at the time. It should be noted that I have previously spoken French with French backpackers who worked at JBS Bordertown, in a location about 700 meters from where the Abattoir is located after their shift was finished. There was a failure to recognise that Linguistic knowledge is an Employable skill.
I won't say that your chances of finding Employment with Axis Employment are 0, but I do think there is a heavy amount of Chance and Manipulation the Client needs to do before the relevant Employment needs of the Client are met, after potentially years of asking politely. If you need to perform Legal Action first look through the ACCC's workplace Compliances found here https://www.accc.gov.au/business/compliance-and-enforcement and very, very carefully read your Mutual Obligation Requirements. However during that time of Bureaucratic Imbroglio you could be looking for work, you might even find work, be disallowed of all local work due to Slander, or do what I did and start your own Business. The sheer amount of runaround done trying to keep up with the Mutual Obligation Requirements was enough to have me realise I could do the same thing without them and that they are essentially useless, keeping me on record to justify the Company's existence. Axis Employment is objectively horrible if you want to seek Employment and maybe things have changed since I left in September 2023.
