I have been employed through wise for two and a half years. I have spoken to most of the staff and they have all been approachable, professional and friendly. For the last year or so I have been a client of Therese, who is compassionate and understanding and always listens and (more importantly) hears what I am saying, whilst also being excellent… Read more

Maria has been super supportive, I got the job with her encouragement and positivity. Thanks for everything and the continued support !
First Class – I went into Wise Employment for assistance getting back into the workplace after a small break, I was partnered with Dillon Payne at Marrickville, he went above and beyond to help me with my resume, application letter, First Aid, Police Check, WWCC, Clothing for job interviews, I got a job this week, so happy, thank you Wise Employment for assisting me in my job search + I enjoyed the xmas party today.
The Worst job agancy and job provider ever – I am 61 years old woman with no job experience in Australia that made finding job imposible for me because everwhere I apply for job they ask me 2 or more years job experience in Australia and none of these job agancies can help me with this problem. I was about a year with this job agancy. my last appointment with them was on 4/10/2024 at 11… Read more
oclock I went to my appointment ontime and the job provider (Monica) asked me to do some consoling course I said I am 61 years old I cannot do any more courses I am here that you find job for me not sending me to conselling course she said I cannot find job for you, call centrelink and change your job agancy which I did. After few days when I checked my workforce page on mygov site I found out that she gave me 1 demerit point for not attending to my appointment on 4/10/2024(lie)! when i called them (on 1800685105) and asked what is this about? the person said we did not give this demerit point to you your new job agancy (APM) gave it to you(another lie)! I said it is imposible i did not start with them yet she said i do not know contact them. I have screen shot from my workforce site which I will attach here that shows my appointment was with wise employnment at that mentioned day and they gave me demiret point falsly claiming not attending to my appointment (not APM). So my advice is not use this so called job agancy ever they easily lie about you and you can not do anything. Now I have 1 demerit point thanks to them!
You are nothing to WISE Employment. They don't care about your future. Huge disdain for clients. They disgust me – uncaring, deceptive, manipulative, under-trained, rude staff. because you are deemed to have a disability, they believe they can lie and engage in misleading and deceptive conduct, and you won't have the courage to make a complaint. If you do, the questions you raise, are ignored. the also engaged in discrimination - was sent a job vacancy that… Read more
'was only for women'. Due to their incompetence and unconscionable conduct, they stated I missed an appointment, which I was never made aware of. Subsequently, my payment was cut off, therefore I could not buy my S8 medications, potentially lethal if stopped abruptly, and ended up hospitalised with a mini stroke causing numerous adverse flow-on. Given their ongoing poor conduct, I asked in writing:
1) Are you willing to have this matter thoroughly reviewed internally prior to referral to: Complaints Resolution and Referral Service National Disability Abuse Service Neglect Hotline and Department of Social Services (DSS) Complaints Australian Human Rights Commission (given WISE's blatant discrimination)?
Received an email saying the person who looks at such matters 'was on leave'... this was another lie, she was working, and yet one of many examples of not caring instead happy to watch clients physically and mentally disintegrate.
Elena from wise mandurah the best of the best – Elena from wise employment mandurah is the best worker in her field that I've met she has helped me above and beyond such a saint at heart God bless Elena on your new journey you will be missed by me especially thankyou for your big heart and the time you took to help me get nearer to my goals ❤️

Finally, someone that is helpful in the "finding employment journey" – The unemployment battle is disparaging and full of roadblocks. Why would anyone choose unemployment and live below the poverty line and not do everything they could to get employed? The system is punitive in nature, which makes you feel like a failure. So often, you must remind yourself that it is the system, and everyone is just doing their job.… Read more
In my case i became unemployed after a significant health incident and being hospitalised for four months and now fully recovered. I believe it is my age at 60 years old that is hindering me regaining full time employment, and "Why is a person with this experience applying for such a position?" I have delivered food to corporate boxes, watered at weddings so I do not believe any job (within reason) is not a good fit for me. In addition, I studied Two Master's degrees, volunteered extensively, and did TAFE courses to increase my employment chances. I applied for over forty jobs last month. Then along comes Tanya Du Preez, a Senior Business Manager at Wise Employment. It is just finding someone who sees you for yourself and what you can do. She is not someone just ticking a box and taking a five minute meeting (just another brick in the wall). If you must deal with Wise employment, look for or find someone like Tanya – your journey back to work will become at least enjoyable and not soul-destroying. A great consultant.
Excellent Consultant – As we draw closer to the end of January 2024, I began to reflect on my journey in life having returned to work in August 2023 after a two-year break, when I realised, I never formally said thank you to an amazing consultant! I want to take this opportunity to thank Maria Cater at Wise Employment, Carina for the exceptional service she provided… Read more

In April 2023, Centre Link referred me to Wise Employment, so I wasn’t sure what to expect when I turned up for my first appointment. Even though I had a plan I wasn’t sure whether I was confident enough to pursue it or whether I was even ready to do it given I was recovering from my health challenges.
It’s difficult finding someone who meets all your goals, and Maria definitely met my expectations. She made me feel at ease at our first meeting – she was empathetic, approachable, incredibly adaptable and was willing to listen to me and go the mile. Her ability to energise and motivate me is truly inspiring. She has a strong work ethic and contacts me regularly to see how I was, and her daily check-ins always made me feel better and helped me navigate this last year. Maria has been there with me when I returned to the work force and was always available when I needed someone to talk to over the first couple of months of work. Her support has made a significant impact on my work plan, and I truly appreciate all the time and effort she’s invested in guiding me. Her insights and encouragement have been a driving force in my success, and I can’t thank her enough.
I appreciate all that she has done - her support has been an important part of my journey and thank you from the bottom of my heart!
That will cut your payment for not attending an appointment they never notified you about – I submitted a med cert with centrelink that was not processed apparently, because... I received a text from wise employment saying contact the office in the next 2 days to avoid having my payments suspended. So I rang the office, they said I missed an appointment that day at 1pm. I told them I did not receive any letter about the appointment, or… Read more
notification otherwise. Reception said they would pass the message onto the consultant by email. I said I would try to get in contact with centrelink (Good luck with that!!!) about the med certificate and would call back. 2 days later, I received a text from wise employment saying my payments were suspended for not attending an appointment. They could have rang me very easily, but cutting my payments was the easy lazy option i guess. P.s. this is not the first time they have done this. Last time they admitted the letter had only been posted the day before the appointment was booked for. This time the letter still hasn't arrived. So it seems they will be quite happy to book you in without enough time for to letter to be posted and then punish you for it. Sadistic buggers. Staff are not trained to deal with people with disabilities or mental health issues. AVOID THIS BUSINESS (if you need good service and understanding, or just people with common sense and do their job, cos they never help with anything you ask for help with either)!

I have had Arvin from Wise employment in Victoria Park taking care of my file. Arvin has been very responsive and professional in the way he dealt with me. On top of that Arvin is genuinely a very nice person with lots of empathy and a great smile even when things are tough! I would highly recommend him and I am sure he would be a great fit in any organisation thanks to his great personality and professionalism.
I would like to say thank you for Hiba. I’m working Employment in Singh Well and the rest of the staff there I believe that Springwell Office of Wise Employment experience that I’ve had has been very comforting rewarding and uplifting for me as a person of 63 years of age at a work they’re easy-going that you are very hard to please you to help… Read more

What a disgrace this place is. Stay clear of Sabistian. I had my first face to face appointment less than a week ago. Oh did he talk it up on how good they are. I sent a message asking about any employment, Sabistian replies ,I haven't sent my resume. I sent it 5 days previous, funny how he found it in his junk mail. He refers me for a job where… Read more
a vechile is required, told him 3 times regarding my vechile. This bloke shouldn't be employed if he can't do his job properly He is rude Ignores messages Lies Doesn't listen Have already reported him with DEWR
These job agencies are more stress than what they are worth.
Avoid the Bendigo franchise, and especially a lady named Pauline there. They are homophobic and bigoted, will make fun of you behind your back and don't actually care to help you. If you have a stutter, Pauline will laugh at you. She's a callous cow and the business supports her
I had to get a form filled out by a GP, they wouldn't accept a letter confirming my condition. I'm not paying any more money to access a service that should be free.

I recently became unemployed and have never been on Centrelink, so I was unaware of all the requirements. Jav was fantastic to work with - she was detailed in her explanations and basically walked me through the entire process. Kinda disappointed at the service. They don’t help you find a job you pretty much have to apply for the jobs and sit the interview yourself. The only thing they kinda help with is creating the resume which you could get the same help at the local library. No job recommendation or job protection. When you let them “find you a job” they sent two job… Read more
applications and expect you to do the rest. When you don’t do all the work they go “it’s a two way street, I can’t do this alone”. I sat there thinking you submitted two job applications and you didn’t even help me right it you rushed the whole application on ChatGPT. Free version of it too. In the end they exit me from their service because I’m too disabled for them to find me a job. I ended getting a job as a paralegal but I didn’t even bother informing them.
I have worked with Jav Malik (Wise Employment) for a few months. Sad to see her move to another office. Jav has been my rock in advising me how to look for work and also helping me with job searches and sending me for training and helping me to get suitable work clothes. Unfortunately, I am still looking for work and Jav is still helping me. I wish her well and I am hopeful of getting work soon.

Been a very positive experience at Wise. Angela has gone above and beyond. Fixed my resume and got me a course that really helped me. Definitely recommend as it has been a huge help getting me on my way. Thank you A & the team at wise employment springvale. Very much appreciated!
I am very happy with the way wise have helped me without any bias re my past. I do feel my past criminal record which is 17years ago let me down regarding getting jobs. I have seen Mobi & Charmaine who have both been a pleasure to deal with. Any other questions feel free to ask me regarding my treatment from wise. Thanks…Jane Peagam.
My daughter out of university completed 3 interviews with Wise Employment, a informal over phone, an Online video recording and a formal face to face interview and was offered job. and they withdrew job offer. They didn’t bother telling her until she rang them. When asked for feedback she was “unenthusiastic’ in her final interview. One they never said it was an interview and she told them she was at her work. If this is the way they treat staff imagine how they treat clients. Toxic dont work for these people.
Ever since I have signed up with wise employment Ive had excellent service and I had a wonderful and understand case manger named Meleane she always there when I need her and it also a phone call or text message if I need help with anything
I changed to Wise after my Job Network didn't get the contact for Inclusion Employment Australia. Currently there is a pause on Multural Obligation till Jan 5th 2026. For people transferring from DES. So my new case worker tried to get get me to come in yesterday I said no. They pushed I pushed back. I help run the Advocacy Line for the Australian Unemployed Workers Union. They tried it on the wrong person.
I am very blessed to know Hung at wise employment in st Albans, he's so caring and friendly and not to mention helpful .. I hope good things happen for him and he gets all that he's looking good for himself
Wise employment Playford is a government funded agency. They are accountable to the tax payer. Some staff there are totally not doing their job. Not at all helpful. No suggestions, nothing. No help with resumes, nothing. Apparently closing. Not surprised at all. Elizabeth apparently are fabulous.
I can't believe how kind, helpful and supportive staff I've met and spoken with at Wise Employment are. I have felt very anxious about the process and system but each time they've allayed my fears and gone above and beyond. I'm so very grateful.
