Wise Employment, the BEST
2020 is when I engaged with Wise Employment. My experience has always been positive, I do not have any negative comments whatsoever. I’m so grateful for Regina.
Regina is inspiring, her commitment and communication is exceptional. Regina gives me confidence in all aspects of my life, a true blessing.
Interview - No Response - Chermside Branch
Usually when you go for a face to face interview you will at least receive a response regarding an outcome of your interview. I interviewed at Chermside with a lady named Angie around a month ago.
Although the job may not have been the correct fit, in today's environment where people are under pressure to secure permanent work, candidate care is vital and communication is paramount.
I think it's very unprofessional to not have received a response from my interview. If your staff treat candidates like that who may be potential employees with your organisation, I can't imagine how you treat your customers.
WISE employment is exceptionally unprofessional & do not follow through on any task's. I applied for a job at WISE employment & did receive an initial call back from a "Rebecca" whom I called 12 times without any call-back. I left 8 voice messages. I was unfortunately left to call the 1300 # & speak to the call-center whom advised he would pass on my information & I would receive a call-back in the next few days which I still received no call-back at all. I once again continued to call them back another 5 times with no luck. 2020 is a very un-c...ertain year with no assurance's with anything these days, however to apply for a job & call them back lots of times & get no call-back when people are struggling to find work is disgusting. I can only imagine how they treat their job seeker's. I would never want to work here at all. Completely unprofessional, inadequate, rude, un-polite, lazy, slack & their service is atrocious.

After Covid, we're all being reengaged with job providers and I was referred to them. Without warning they changed my appointment time, day, with zero phone notification or message saying check your jobactive account. 6 pm the day before the new appointment I had no knowledge about, I get a reminder text about the appointment. I regularly check my profile so to have this suddenly dropped on my the night before, I had one of the worst anxiety attacks in my life. This company is treating us that are seriously ill as playthings to make a buck. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Their marketing is a complete LIE.
Waste of time
I signed up the day after I was let go from my job, they got me the paperwork required to be signed up within a few days and after that was sent back, they did not contact me again for weeks.
When they did call me, it was for 5 minutes before they said they would call me back shortly which ended up being almost 4 hours later, at this time they kept saying they probably will not be able to help me because I'm not located in the area near their office, I have now come to find out they have an office in the exact location I'm looking for work.
...The next call was to tell me they are on Seek and found a few jobs that they want to apply for on my behalf, all of which I do not have the necessary qualifications (they had not looked past the job title)... In the 4 weeks I have been in their system, they have only applied for one temp job which is located 1.5 hours in the complete opposite direction of where I have been looking for work. As a single mother, this travel is not suitable at all. It was only after I said I had already organised interviews myself that they started showing interest in me following up how they went. I will be cancelling their services tomorrow as they are not helpful whatsoever. Don't waste your time with this company.
Absolute Joke of a “Manager”
If you have ever dealt with Joell, the manager at greensborough Melbourne, she is an absolute fake! she would kept talking about herself and wouldn’t ask about you and she would pretend that she cares but she doesn’t. you can tell by the way she talks about herself and she would change the subject if you talk about yourself. I have met with a lot of case managers already and no one really cares about you. you would never get a job at all. do not waste your time with this so called perfect woman because she isn’t!

MT DRUITT OFFICE IS A JOKE
I have been with Wise a few years now and have had some wonderful case managers , But every time you get a fantastic one , they leave and you get a idiot.

Ipswich Wise Employment Review
I have been with Ipswich Wise Employment for quite a while now and I couldn't be more happy with the Ipswich team. The entire staff are amazing and they have made me feel extremely comfortable in every way. They have been extremely helpful and Maria has been my most biggest support in so many ways. I highly recommend this amazing team.

Unfortunately I have yet to be placed with a representative that understands my invisible disability. I suffer from degenerative disc disease. This only allows me to work on a part time basis with access to public transport, close to home working in administrative roles.
I feel that this company's understanding of the disabled is based off a stereotypical belief of people with disabilities.
We are not all the same and we all have different needs and work experience, and we all don't want to be placed in a factory or cleaning position.
If you have a disability to not use
Not suitable for people with disability. There are no liaison officers who actively approach Clients and no one is educated/skilled in the nature of individual disabilities and the appropriate work for them. I have a mild acquired brain injury from cancer and have certain needs including needing to manage certain workloads, being unable to work full time or do long commutes and experiencing cognitive fatigue/memory isues. My assigned consultant constantly sent me full time roles to consider or jobs that were not right for my limitations. As my...disability is invisible and I used to be able to function at a higher level I did my own research, writing of selection criteria, cover letters etc. I constantly received texts confirming meetings that never happened. The one job I was placed at was with a family-owned business packing products. The employer got labour for a discounted rate, was not told of existing situation and my consultant showed no support or empathy when I was scheduled to 7am starts and bullied. This agency simply exists to get payments from Centrelink / the Department of Human Services. It is false.
Terrible terrible service
After being messed around for an appointment I turned up, only to be ignored for half an hour while people walked around eating and drinking coffee. For someone who struggles with clinical depression and anxiety that’s very very very poor service, I got told I would be contacted after I complained and I never was. This is obviously a money making operation that doesn’t give a crap about the people they claim to represent
