Worst customer service – Terrible customer service. Ordered my resume Tuesday, replied their question. Today is Friday and not replied from them. Asked for a simple basic resume.

old resume in. When I pointed out, they sent me an "updated piece" with wrong information again. The customer service is very difficult to be contacted when applying for a refund--- they only have an email, no contacting number, no supervising for writers.

Searching through Glass Door shows a lot of past writers complaining of not even being paid for their work after completing resumes given there ‘pay later’ business model. Very scammy.

Do yourself a favour and use a reputable Australian resume writer.
