Unreliable, hard to contact and unhelpful – Online money transfer service used to transfer living expenses to relatives in Philippines. Rates initially appear attractive, but the service is slow, unreliable and unpredictable. Roughly every other transfer was delayed, often by days, for reasons that are never explained. They also conduct a ridiculous number of money laundering queries, on one occasion querying two successive transactions to my wife whilst she was visiting relatives. These queries often take a week to resolve whilst you recurrently submit exactly the same documents to the "compliance team" on each occasion. As far as support goes, the word ineffective comes to mind. The chat feature on the website appears to be non functional and they have no phone number, leaving email as the only option. The support centre is in Poland and only works 0900 to 1700 local time, meaning that issues are resolved over days or weeks rather than hours. In addition emails are often not read and understood correctly, meaning that multiple further emails to correct mistakes are required. All in all a not fit for purpose service for anyone needing a reliable money transfer service.
