Very clunky and slow way to send money. Bank a/c verification takes a long time and when I used the same bank, they ask me to verify again! In the mean time, they hold my $ so the delay is annoying :(

BEWARE this company actually has trouble transferring to China. Been trying for over a week and the fund keeps getting refunded. Would highly recommend remitly instead. Much smoother experience and flexible platform

The best Money Transfer Company. EVER!!! – I did a money transfer through INSTAREM on 20th April 2023, which was credited to my beneficiary account within minutes. Would you believe it?

Best App with best backend service – I have always found money transferred with them have been received in timely manner. I also accidently paid one transaction multiple times and their team initiated the extra amount refund within 24hours. Their service has been impeccable throughout last 2 years that I have been with them.

help. I don’t understand how they receive 5-star reviews for customer service when mine was frustrating and unhelpful. If you need to transfer money quickly, I strongly advise against using Instarem. I hope they take this as an opportunity to improve.

Extremely inconsistent and far from being flawless – One of most consistently inconsistent platform. They are always consistent in being inconsistent. Everytime they come up with a new issue for the exactly same transfer I do each month. Only less than 50% of the times does the transaction go seamlessly. Pathetic servce – Terrible service these days. It takes ages to re verify a document that is expired. Hopeless. Stay away. Better choose a different remittance platform.

Refund is very hard if sent to incomplete bank details – I sent money to the bank account overseas but missing one digit. definitely, no banks can receive the money. I immediately advised Instarem about the missing digit. Unfortunately, the answer is always "money transferred". How to transfer if the account number is wrong? Not Happy !! – 1. It is getting transaction cancelled with no reasons from my account. 2.Once I had used spouse debit card for transfer and now It does not accept the card details on spouse's account which is not letting to make money transfer. Stuck with no options on Instarem :(

Fast and accurate – Have been using the service for a while, and except for one occasion which happened to be an operational issue it is a good experience. Very fast service.

Customer service is very irresponsible – They said they will send the disocunt coupon within 24 hours time. I requested to please send asap. they saidyes definitely and did not send any coupon. Its been 3 days now and watijg for theor coupon I lost money as I the AUR to INR exchange rate reduced during these days and the transaction that was withheld got cancelled in 24 hours.

Worst customer service – Its nothing short of a nightmare to transfer. I did wise and instarem on same day and wise reached within few hours and instarem is finding reasons and transfer hasnt finished even after lik 48 hours. this after providing all documents on time. Avoid at all costs as they literally harass customers and god knows if the transfer will ever happen or not.

Amazing speed – The Transfer of money happened in few minutes. I have asked my Mom to wait in the ATM to withdraw the money. Within 5 minutes she was able to withdraw. Thanks for your excellent service.

They also offer "instapoints" which you can put toward reducing fees charged on a transfer but mine always seem to expire before I can save up enough to use them. The reward offered for this review is 25 instapoints which if you have enough points to redeem (minimum 100 points) would equate to a 25 cent fee reduction. I'd write this review without the incentive because they are good and fast.

I have been using their service for many years and never I had any hiccups other than the initial verification and the first time transfer. Terrible service – Worst service, scammer, time waster. Don't use their service as they will keep hold transaction on hold for 5-6 days and they will cancel transaction and block account.
