Danesh Exchange

Second time I have used Danesh and again they didn't disappoint. Easy to order, good value exchange and fast delivery even into a rural NSW address. Great that I could readily get smaller value notes in a currency (Korean Won) that is not a main destination.

Hi there We wanted to buy some SOL and found Danesh online. The order process was easy and even though I don’t have internet banking I was able to go to a bank and deposit the money which suited me. The money was easy to pick up from the post office. I would highly recommend using this currency exchange!

Apart from the stringent account setting requirements, and once that was established, the process of exchanging money was very simple. Got the money in quick time, about 72 hrs.

My wife and I, and also our kids (separately to us) have been doing quite a bit of traveling lately. For each trip to europe, uk, usa ETC we have used Danesh Exchange to cash ourselves up with local currency for we are headed to. We have found their service to be prompt and exemplary. We have no hesitation in recommending their services to any persons heading off overseas.

I've used Danesh Exchange three times, their rates are always competitive, delivery is great and their customer service was great when I missed a delivery once (my fault, I wasn't home).

It was my first time dealing with Danesh. It was just simply superb in the sense that (1)the exchange rate beats all others and (2) the customer service is timely, efficient and friendly. I'll stick with Danesh from now on. Highly highly recommended.

I was a bit hesitant about sending such a large amount of money to me to Danesh Exchange but I was not disappointed. They were extremely efficient and were always quick to keep up to date. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!!

How can Danesh Exchange improve? I got sent a USD 100 dollar bill with a rip in it. In Rwanda no one accepted the 100 bill with the rip in it and it caused some inconvenience as I didn't take a lot of cash with me. Danesh Exchange offered a refund if I paid for a registered envelope - $7 - to return it. I thought they could have covered the $7… Read more

charge given it was their fault, and had caused the inconvenience. Australia Post also has a recommendation not to send cash in the mail. The original USD cash was simply sent in a box to my post office of choice. The Australia Post staff were shocked and said I was very lucky to receive it. I'll use Travelex next time who offer a more secure postal transfer, and don't send ripped notes.

We used Danesh Exchange for the first time and was pleasantly surprised how easy and smooth the process was. The exchange rate was the best by far going around with NO commission fees. We will definitely use them again and will encourage our family and friends to use them,

I always use the Danesh Exchange Store in Dandenong - ALI is Very Friendly, such a good person to deal with and willing to accommodate any request if you require to change some of your currency to small or bigger notes. Have used them a few times now. Always quick, delivered as agreed. Website works well, easy to navigate. Support was onto it quickly when something wasn't quite smooth. Will use again for sure.

There was an initial IT problem but the staff member (Ali) was outstanding in assisting me. From there the whole process worked extremely well. It was great to feel that as a customer I was extremely important and all assistance was readily provided.

I bought VND for the 2nd time and the service is amazing.... Very transparent, very quick delivery and the tracking prompts are regular so you know exactly what's happening. I even had a call to say not to deposit cash into their account, only ETF but it was the Teller who did the transfer. So this very honest and ethical to have made the call. Bought Chinese Yuan - best rate out of all xchange mobs. Great communication! when the local post office made a monumental stuff up Danesh handled the matter brilliantly. Delivery Melbourne to Cairns PO only 2 days, equally brilliant was the fact it was delivered in a little inconspicuous cardboard box - look like a ebay Delivery. I definitely use them again

The money was very easy to order online and communication was excellent. Danesh offered the best online exchange rate I could find and there was no service fee. It only took a few days for my money to arrive at the post office for collection. I asked for small notes and got them, which I was happy about. All in all, a great experience with Danesh Exchange.
