Very good job – Gary Wilson is very experienced and knowledgeable. We had a crack in the pipe causing a leak. He was able to grind the crack away to stop the leak. Gary even traced brass filings from the crack which had travelled to the shower head and were partially blocking the shower head. Gary also replaced a seal on the toilet cistern to stop a leak there. He also repaired a tap handle that wasn’t working. A less competent plumber may have missed some of the details here. I am thinking. Peter.
Bad warranty support – Although the service from AZTEC is good , but after inital job done it was not tested properly. Later on after few days when called with same problem, they checked and mentioned problem was not with the installation they done and charged separately. Ideally, they are expected to ensure the problem is fixed before finishing the job initially itself.
A competent plumber with a pleasant manner – Having experienced bad trades it was great to employ Kaleb Wilson from Aztec Plumbing (1800 818 368). As well as being competent plumber, Kaleb was polite, pleasant and trustworthy. He does his best to ensure the job is perfect. He replaced all the taps in the house. Then, I was especially impressed that I didn't have to chase him to return to complete a very small job; he actually rang me a few times to arrange the time.
