Azura Runway

Misleading advertising – Azura advertised a suit via Catch however sent a jacket. Upon alterting Azura to what I initially thought was an honest mistake, they became willfully obtuse and kept suggesting I should pay to return the jacket for inspection, ignoring the fact that the advert (including photo) was for a suit and trousers were not provided. I had to escalate to Catch who were equally unhelpful then to Consumer Affairs. After a month of effort and stress I received a refund.
