B & T Glass and Glazing -Amazing!!! – B & T Glass and Glazing were excellent to do business with. Our 12 double glazed windows with screens were ordered at the end of January 2023. Our beautifully made windows, with hardwood reveals. were delivered by early April 2023. B & T Glass saved us over $2 000 when compared with other suppliers. We highly recommend B & T Glass and Glazing as a business producing quality products.

Waited over 12 months for the completion of the installation of the upstairs double glazed windows. Didn't care at all – We waited over 12 months from time of enquiry, the quote in May 2021, till the completion of the installation of the upstairs double glazed windows. Excuse after excuse after weak and implausible excuse and they were not embarrassed at all. If it wasn't for the fact that they cost a few hundred less than other competitors in S E. Tasmania, we would have found someone else but couldn't afford to go with someone else. BT Glass did a good job when they finally got around to it. But they couldn't care less if you are upset with them, or that their excuses were pitiful or that they took a year to do a job. Never ever apologised. So if you are willing to go with a business who is unreliable and insults one's intelligence with terrible excuses as to why they have to postpone etc, but that does good work when they get around to it, then you will be OK with the service of BT glass. Literally the day they got around to completing the job, the next day their invoice came to us. Good to see they have their priorities straight.
