Baby BeeHinds Magic-Alls Multi Fits

Doesn’t do the job – These nappies are very bulky and don’t look like they fit properly because they are so thick. My son always needs bigger clothes on to fit over the top and he seems to be restricted in movement of his legs. I couldn’t even use these nappies until he was at least 8weeks old because they are so bulky. I have to do them up very tight or they… Read more
leak, but then they cut into his skin a lot and look uncomfortable.
They are not very absorbant compared to other reusable nappies, even if I use the booster.
The boosters take a long time to dry.
Tricky to get the boosters to sit right inside the pocket when the nappy has been snapped to the smaller size.
They are very expensive for the quality.
Love them! 6 years of use and still going strong – We used these nappies full time for our two boys (younger boy still in them at 10 months old). Never had a leak (not one- not ever!) So not sure what the other reviewers are doing - with cloth nappies it really is all in the washing. Or perhaps the fit suited my boys. Whatever it is - these are super easy to stuff, super comfortable, easy to wash.… Read more
After we discovered these I gave away my China cheapies (which are fine if you're strapped for cash or just trialling MCNs) and we are multi-fit family all the way now.
Good All Rounder – This is one of my go to nappies, favourite second only to the Magic-All All In One. The fit is really adjustable and I have been able to get a good fit right from newborn (insert folded in 4) to 2 years (insert folded in 3 and booster added) and still have room to grow. They are hard wearing and after roughly 2 years use elastics are as good as… Read more
ever and there is hardly any wear. The inserts are just as long wearing. I love how quickly these dry, and that the inserts can go in the tumble drying in winter. The only issue we have had is that some of the rise snaps don't stay done up very well (this has been an issue on roughly 4 of 16 nappies) but I haven't found this to be much of an issue as with a bit of care when putting them on you can get the snaps to stay.
Poor fit, wicking around leg elastics, cuts into thighs – I just cannot get these to fit my daughter. She is 5 months. I love Baby Beehinds' other nappies but these just don't work for us at all. The inserts are good though, so I use these with other shells. I bought 2 and was given 1. I wouldn't buy this type again.
Good nappy but very bulky – I'd have to agree with the other reviewers. These nappies are great but very bulky on bub. I have both the original and the new design and the newer version is a little slimmer but still quite large on my skinny boy. I don't have any issues with leaks. I made sure to wash twice and presoaked the inserts before I used them. I also only use MCN safe… Read more
washing detergent. Not a bad nappy but not the ones I grab first in my stash. I'll see how we go once Bub gets a little bigger.
Lovely product, not suitable for newborns – These nappies are beautifully designed, and I have always loved Baby BeeHinds. However, I have to agree with the reviews that say these Multi-fits are not suitable for very young babies. The problem is not so much the width (all multi-fits are going to have an enormous gusset on a newborn, there's just no way around it), as the fact that they… Read more · 1
leak, no matter how tightly they are done up. The elastic doesn't grip firmly enough around small legs. This is especially bad while breastfeeding, as the baby is often on its side and most likely to be weeing or pooing! I would guess that the nappies would start to work from about three months, and would be perfect for larger babies. For our newborn, we are using flannelette squares with small Baby BeeHinds PUL covers (which are also big on a newborn but are just small enough to prevent leaks) in the interim.
One of my favourite nappies! – I am a very happy user for these nappies. They have generally a good fit and a very good absorbency. There are so many colours and prints to chose from and they are so very soft. They do tend to be bulky and although snaps are great to ensure the nappy stays on compared to velcro, I find it can be sometimes tricky to have it fit properly… Read more
when my bub is in a growth spurt.
The best thing about them is that although you can use them as they are, they have a pocket as well so you can stuff them full of extra layers to ensure bub stays dry, even when he/she is a heavy wetter. great absorbency bulky
My favourite BBH nappy – I love this nappy. It is simple to use and has great absorbency. As other reviews have stated it is a little bit wide in the crutch for smaller babies but is still my favourite BBH nappy. The PUL is really nice and soft and the inserts have great absorbency. Haven't used them at night time but they are great during the day Absorbancy, PUL designs Wide in the crutch area
Great quality, but bulky on baby – I have never been able to fault Baby Beehinds for quality and these are no exception, well made with good materials. However, I don't like the way they fit on baby - wide in the crotch, and the elastic leaves big marks especially on the legs. They are also quite a small fit at the biggest setting, both my toddlers when they were walking would get… Read more
painful rub marks on the front of their legs from them Quality materials and manufacture Bulky, not so comfortable for baby
Not working yet – They are very, very cute, these were bought for me by a friend who had read good reviews. Have not been able to use them much yet, gave trial runs on my little girl (average size, good chub) at two, five and now at eight weeks. We will keep trying. Cute. Bub seems to like them. Way to big even with baby over 5kg. Expensive. Leaks just about evey… Read more
time. Takes WAY too long to dry especially since I have more washing then before I had bub. So wide I worry about ergonomics. Crotch sizings snaps come undone when you put them on unless your careful.
My favourite nappies – I've tried various different nappy systems and brands and this nappy is my favourite. They are pretty expensive new, but I bought them second-hand from "Modern Cloth Nappies/MCN" facebook community for a real bargain, and they were in great condition. They are great quality, fit perfectly, are lasting well so far and have great absorbancy when… Read more
bamboo inserts used. They wash up well (only 1 bamboo insert, but none of the nappies, have a poo stain). I love that they fit from newborn to potty-trained. I've never had a leak out these nappies. They look stylish. I like that I can make the nappy more absorbant/bulky when I don't want to have to change my baby for 3 or 4 hours, or less bulky (therefore less absorbant) when I'm at home and don't care about more frequent changes.
I have already saved heaps of money on nappies as I bought 12 of these nappies (with heaps of inserts and boosters) for under $100 second-hand. Bought new, these nappies are pretty pricey, however I also bough a "China cheapy" and the quality is no match.
I find snapping the press studs a little difficult as I have arthritis in my fingers and my bub is very reluctant to stay still on the change table at the moment! Great quality, perfect fit with no leaks, great absorbancy, wash well, stylish Expensive bought new, snapping the press studs may be a little hard if you have problems with your fingers (eg. arthritis)
Bad – Wouldn't buy again, but then I don't have a chubba-bubba with big legs, which maybe would make a difference with the leaking around the legs Look cute, grows with baby, absorbant For my baby they leak at the leg if there is a big poo, and they wick moisture into the clothes, so I wouldn't put them on him when we go out, which makes the cuteness factor redundant (plus, it's too espensive a nappyt to only use when baby's not wearing any clothes
Good – Overall pretty good nappies, just a bit bulky. I wouldn't get these thinking you can start using them on a newborn. Quite nice nappies, not much leakage problems. good quality and very good absorbency. Hopefully they'll grow with him and can be used for a while. like that the inserts are labelled particular for which nappy it is, which helps… Read more
when you're putting them back together in the wash. My son was 12 weeks old when he finally fit these nappies (and he's an avg size baby). They're kinda on the expensive side, and the inserts can take a while to dry.

Excellent – Brilliant nappy, couldn't be happier! Recommend them to anyone looking for a great looking, easy size change one size fits all nappy. Especially if natural fibre and quick drying is important to you I really love these nappies, tried many different brands, and these were the stand out ones I decided to buy foe every day use. They wash up… Read more
beautifully! They are very quick drying! The inserts are a natural fibre, bamboo, not synthetic. Never had a leak and in the instructions, they recommend using nappy twice, just changing the inserts, so less washing! I agree with other reviews, that proabably a bit too big for new borns, best from 3 months on.
Wouldn't buy anymore, glad I only brought one – Same great absorbancy but with a really huge crotch area. My gosh its wide!! Even my ebay cheapies weren't this wide. For one size fits most OSFM nappies they are so wide in the crotch. My poor daughter looked like a cowboy about to ride a horse. I will continue to use this nappy as a night nappy as it hampers movement when daughter is up. … Read more
I wouldn't buy this product again and I certainly wouldn't buy anymore. Also when trying to pull up the nappy between the legs the snaps came undone. Even my ebay cheapies didn't do this. Would prefer and reach for my OSFM ebaby cheapies (little ripples) before this one and they have the same absorbancy and the same inserts as BBH's Nice looking, absorbancy good Expensive waste as its very wide and huge in the crotch.
Good – My 16 week old wears these as his 'around the house' nappy (as well as the BBH bamboo fitteds). You have to expect bulkiness with cloth nappies. The pros far outweigh the cons with using cloth. I just put my baby in 00 clothing a bit earlier than if he was in disposables, and he looks fine. I look forward to using these for a long time yet.… Read more
Beautiful colours and soft minkee fabric, very absorbent, wash well and look gorgeous on! Fits from birth to toilet-training. A little bulky on small babies.
Good – I use these at night because they are SO absorbent. And at night it doesn't matter so much about the angles of the legs or the way they look under clothes. (Remember that while a nappy might look cute by itself, it might not look so good when you can see the colour and the shape through the clothes) Like all All-In-One nappies they are quick to… Read more
put on, so great for out-and-about and occasional carers, as they work just like a disposable.
However, like all pocket multi-fit nappies they take time to adjust the poppers to the right size, fold the boosters and stuff.
They are quick drying, which is why I chose them, as they come apart.
After all my nappy research I came down to these nappies and the Mother-Ease one-size. (I needed one-size, quick drying nappies) I bought some of each and decided to use these at night, due to the superior absorbency and stay dry feel of the lining, and then bought up on the mother ease one size to be my primary day-use nappy.
BB win the cute/absorbent battle. ME wins the workhorse, simplicity, versatility, easy clean, adjustable fit, value for money battle. Cute fabrics, great colours, VERY absorbant, especially with the extra booster provided. Lining keeps skin dry. Really quick to put on. Explosion proof. Quick drying, even the bamboo boosters (because they fold out) and the boosters are excellent quality. Extremely bulky on small babies (under 6 months) and causes 'cowboy' legs. Fabric does wick moisture if pressure applied to wet nappy, but this does not happen easily . Too bulky to wear underneath clothes unless child is much older, or is wearing a dress. Elastic ruffles on legs cause some marking on the skin, and the ruffled legs also make it impossible to clean poo off the nappy lining using a 'Little Squirt' - they need to be hand rinsed, or else the water rebounds off the nappy in all directions. Expensive, but at least they fit for years (in theory).
Excellent – Great. The best of the five or so modern cloth nappies I have tried to date. Highly recommended. Pocket nappies work best for us. Buy some bamboo microfleece from a nappy making supplier and make some extra inserts. Good for winter when the covers will dry much quicker than the inserts. Great fabric, looks like it will last the distance, fits my… Read more
3month old and my 2 and a half year old well (both bigger boys). No leaks. Durable. Easy to wash. Cost - at $36 each they are at the upper end of the market. However as they are durable and multifit I should get good value from them.
Slightly longer to dry than other pocket nappies
Excellent – If I was going to start again, I would buy about 18 of these, plus others for overnight (probably Baby beehinds fitted which I also love. Why? They have a nice thick waist elastic, which holds in those explosive newborn poos! They are good from newborn, thought to toilet training. They fit my four year old as she sometimes needs them over night. … Read more
The absorbency is amazing, and can be tailored to suit bubs needs. They aren't as bulky as a lot of cloth nappys which is handy for those clothing companies who make trousers assuming everyone wants to add to landfill easy to use, super absorbent, superior fit, sot as big as the "large" baby beehind all-in-one nappies
Good – We use this as a night nappy on our 6 month old baby, with an additional booster. So far we haven't had any leaks or nappy rash. At this stage I wouldn't use them in the day because they are too bulky and don't really fit under clothes well. They do look cute and once baby is bigger they will be a good day time nappy. Adjustable one size fits… Read more
most. Great absorbency with the option to add more boosters. Never had any leaks. Cute minkee fabric with great colours available. Quick drying time. Really bulky on small babies.
Excellent – Best of all the nappies researched and tried. And I tried a fair few!! Six months of constant washing and they still look new. Extremely soft and luxurious outer. Keeps my heavywetting baby's bottom dry. Best quality. Keeps my baby's bottom superdry. Very quick drying because it's a pocket "stuff it" nappy. Can +/- inserts to tailor absorbancy.… Read more
Economic one size economic. Supercute fluffyness!! Yes, not a trim fit on babes >7months (but the big butt look is so cute and they last for hours if both inserts are used!). Need a bit of trial and error to get the sizing right to avoid leaks - so be patient!
OK – I really want to love these nappies, as they are so beautifully made. But they didn't work for my lean/long daughter (she has very slim legs) and leaked every time. Very well constructed nappy, with quality materials. Great absorbency. Gorgeous range of colours. Absolutely NOT a trim fit! Very very wide in the crotch, and extremely bulky. Also gapes around the legs and found it frequently leaked poo.

Excellent – I think these nappies are great. I tried BBH, eenies, rudey nudey and fuzzi bumz before I made my decision and the BBHs stood out. The eenies are sized which I didn't want because you have to outlay more money as your child grows, the rudey nudey was good but a little fiddly for a smaller baby, I did really like the fuzzi bumz but they were very… Read more
expensive and a little fiddly to do up. So I went with the BBHs.
When I was looking for MCNs I was opposed to the BBHs because I thought they were a brand name thing and they are just for fashion, but after trying them I really liked them. They have an excellent fit and are really easy to stuff and put on my daughter. My daughter is quite slim and they fit her really well. fairly quick to dry: the nappy itself dries overnight and the bamboo soakers dry in a couple of days. To get around this you can always buy extra soakers to get you through. Very easy to use, adjustable from birth to toilet training, excellent quality, very easy to stuff, great colours, fairly quick to dry: the nappy itself dries overnight and the bamboo soakers dry in a couple of days (but that's the nature of bamboo, it's job is to retain moisture). None that are worth worrying about. They are a little pricey with a RRP of $36, but I bought them on sale for $25 on the BBH site and saw that they were also $25 on the darlings downunder site. The bamboo soakers dry in a couple of days, but that's the nature of bamboo, it's job is to retain moisture. This would be the case with all nappies with bamboo soakers.
OK – I was lucky to purchase this nappy on special, I would not have paid full retail price. It is not being used as much as I would like simply due to its extreme bulkiness. Workmanship is good quality and I can see it will last. A well made nappy, I love the minky fabric and colour choices. The snap system is simple to use, and the ability to adjust… Read more
the size means both my 2 year old and 7 month old can use them. Extremely bulky, with the boosters stuffed it is a very fat nappy. It is hard to find pants to fit over the nappy.
Good – I mostly use these nappies at home with my baby, as I find they're too bulky to fit under her little clothes. I think once she grows a bit more and is on the largest size setting it wont be such an issue. Regardless, I've never had a leak from these nappies, and even when the booster is soaked, her little bottom feels really dry, which is great.… Read more
They look gorgeous on and because they're on size fits most are economical to buy! Grow with your baby; super dry microsuede inner keeps baby's bum really dry; lovely lush minkee outer; great colours; can add extra boosters for more absorbency Very bulky on little babies
