While i ordered 2x URGENT black baby car seats online the delivery date was pushed out a few times to the point where it would have been too late for my grand-babies as they have both grown out of their capsule so I spoke to Natasha at Alexandria store and she assist me with a colour swap and super urgent delivery and before I knew it my 2x car seats were delivered at my door the next day. Natasha went above and beyond to help me and now my grand-babies are safe and sound on there new car seats. Thanks Natasha for your great work and making my life a little less stressful this time of year.
