Excellent – Overall this shop is great. We were really in need for a babyshop to open within the caroline spings area. The service i received off a tall blonde girl (forgot the name) was outstanding. We brought nearlly all our nursery furniture and for a good price too. Products were great. Will defiantly be going there again! Good Job! Location is fantastic, Good prices, endless options.. Some brand names werent avaliable within the shop.

Terrible – Terrible service would never shop with them again. Incredibly slow poor service when they advertise them selves as being a convenient place to shop was a nightmare. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY AND ENERGY AT THIS ONLINE STORE. Good website. They don't reply to emails.

a refund over a month after my credit card had been charged.

The excuse I was provided with was that their lines were down due to an oil spill in their area. I found it hard to believe that it would take a month to rectify and that they could not contact their customers by other means. This excuse was not good enough and that no effort was made to contact customers by alternate means was consistent with their poor service. Product range would have been good, had I actually received my ordered item. They were very quick to take my money and did not supply the product.
