Babybee Arlo

Lightweight and easy to assemble. Love the zip door for ease of access. The mattress is difficult to zip together on your own and it can be difficult to press the buttons to fold the cot in half.
We've been using our Arlo for travel since our baby was around 10 weeks old. We've used it for trips by car, by plane nationally and by plane internationally, and we love it. It's very light, compact and super easy to assemble and pack away. The bassinet attachment it comes with has also been great, and she's still sleeping in it at 6 months. I… Read more
would highly recommend this travel cot for frequent travellers like us, who also like longevity and multiple uses out of their baby products.
This portacot has changed the game for us and our little 9 month us. Easy setup and pack up for quick overnight stays. Very comfortable for the young man and easily checked in as an infant item on a flight! Show details

Arlo is the perfect addition to our home! Incredibly easy to construct, beautifully designed, light, safe and easy to pop away. As a proud nana it’s just the best when our little grandson comes to stay - and he loves it too! I think his mum and dad might borrow it when they go away !!!
Big fan of this travel cot and bassinet. I did a lot of research and wanted something light weight, easy to put together and dismantle, had a bassinet attachment so I didn’t break my back and was affordable. The Arlo ticked all boxes and more! I have found this super easy to use and my bub slept well in it! Only deducted one point because the mattress is not the best, if you could make it a little more comfortable for bub it would be 5/5 Show details
The easiest and most stylish porta cot! We absolutely love our BabyBee Arlo Porta Cot! Setup was unbelievably easy, it literally took me less than a minute to unfold and pop up. Such a breeze, especially when juggling a baby! The quality and design are fantastic. I love that it comes with the bassinet attachment (our little one has outgrown it… Read more
now, but it’ll definitely be perfect for baby number two down the track). We’ve had so many compliments from friends and family on how sleek and stylish it looks. It doubles beautifully as a playpen in our lounge and suits our home aesthetic perfectly. The only small thing to note is that our recent getaway bedroom had floorboards (and typical cold Melbourne weather!), the base felt a little cool and hard. I’ll just add a thin foam mat or blanket underneath next time (an easy fix)! Overall, the Arlo has been an absolute winner; light, compact, effortless to pack down, and honestly one of the best baby purchases we’ve made. Couldn’t recommend it more!

The absolute best travel cot! We purchased this for a trip to Japan with our 1 year old and we could not be more impressed with how perfect this cot is. The set up and pack down is so insanely easy and fast, the mattress size is so spacious even for… Read more
our baby who rolls around a lot, and it is so lightweight we had no troubles carrying it around for the entire holiday. My absolute favourite feature is the zip down side which makes transferring so simple and this was what set the Arlo apart from some of the other options we were looking at. The materials and frame of the cot are great quality and feel very sturdy and secure without being super heavy. Our baby slept just as well in this cot as he does at home which was such a relief! Since coming home from our trip we have continued to use the Arlo when visiting family/friends because it is so simple and easy to bring along and have a comfy bed set up in minutes. I would recommend this cot to absolutely everyone and can't believe how amazing it was!
Follow-up · Cleaning is super simple as the mattress can be wiped down, the mesh I wipe down with a cloth, and the fabric can be spot cleaned as needed. The mattress is quite firm and on the thinner side which does make it lightweight and compact but if your child prefers a softer mattress you may wish to buy a mattress topper or blanket to go in between the… Read more
Very quick and easy to set up and pack away. Zipper for two mattress sides to connect. Mattress is hard board (with slight cushioning on top) which follows safe sleep standards. Tabs to secure it. Easy to unzip sides to allow my baby to play.… Read more
Travelled well all over Europe, could fit in really small spaces as we were in small apartments at times. We didnt utilise the bassinet component- but it seems easy to set up. Very light- I was able to lift it while wearing my 10mth old.
Follow-up · Air circulation is great as its an entire open breathable mesh for cot component (all firm fitting to all sides and top, so is safe for sleep). No wear and tear yet. Easy to wipe clean with cloth most parts (harder with mesh but still able to). We use our own cot sheets on the cot mattress and they mostly fit (kmart brand).
This is a super easy to use/light and compact yet very sturdy and well made port a cot. We love this for grandma house naps but also using in the home when moving rooms as needed. I love that I can unzip at the bottom/side and settle bub and cuddle him. Show details
Follow-up · Mattress is quite good for a portable cot ! And not paper thin like others. I’ve found perfect custom covers for the measurements too which is great for accidents. Easy as to clean and folding is a breeze/light for a single individual. I can even carry it whole within the room easily

This portacot is the most lightweight I have ever experienced! I never have issues while taking it to oversized baggage while holding my baby. Not awkward to carry. Easy set up as well. Normal cot sheets fit the mattress, and it’s aesthetically pleasing as well Show details
I love this portacot! I got the arlo because my toddler was too heavy for our other portacot and he wasn’t ready for a hotel bed. This portacot was great as it didn’t have a weight limit. It also worked well for my 8 month old. Both boys slept well in it and it’s a lot light and easier to set up than our previous portacot. I only wish it had been… Read more
available when my eldest was younger! Customer service was good when there was a fault in our portacot frame and they assessed it and sent a new frame promptly. Would definitely recommend.
Bought as a gift for my friend who is due to have a baby, they love to travel so this was perfect for them. She absolutely loves it and can’t wait to use it on some adventures! Show details

This is a great portacot. It’s easy to set up & fold down, the carry bag is really convenient and the bassinet option is a bonus. Very cleverly designed. The mattress is quite thin which I am told is normal for portacots but definitely something to keep in mind if you are planning on using for a longer period of time.
We absolutely love our Arlo portacot. We bought it because it was comparable in weight to other top brands, and bigger dimensions when unfolded. We really like that it has both a bassinet insert and a side zip, particularly because I am quite short, and find reaching into other cots can be difficult. Although it doesn't set up within seconds, it's… Read more
still quick to set up, and there's never been a time that we actually desperately needed the cot set up within seconds. I love that Babybee is an Aussie company, and has good returns policies. All in all, we're super happy with the purchase and 100% would recommend it to others.
We bought the Arlo as an upgrade from the old bulky style portacot that we had for our first 2 children. We absolutely love the lightweight yet sturdy construction of the Arlo. The zip down side entry is perfect for our adventurous crawler. Very happy with our purchase. Show details
We have used this multiple times - very easy for both car and plane trips and our baby actually slept better in it than she does at home each time! It is spacious for baby to sleep in but also compact enough for hotel rooms. We were tossing up on whether to get this or use hotel provided cribs and do not regret our decision at all - an essential… Read more
for travel and we have no intention on leaving it at home for the next few years! The only negative would be that the mattress comes in two parts and you can feel a bit of a gap but baby didn’t seem to mind. Also, would recommend getting the sheets that go with it, we didn’t and had a hard time finding some that worked. Ended up getting some from Baby Bunting which are good but not a perfect fit!
This travel cot has been excellent. Light, sturdy, easy to fold and transport. We’ve used it as both a bassinet and a cot and it has worked well. The mattress is obviously quite thin compared to a regular cot mattress but that is to be expected. Show details
Very disappointed with the ARLO Portacot. It felt flimsy, the mattress was extremely thin, and the join between the two folding mattress sections created a noticeable ridge even when assembled correctly. What frustrated me most was the customer service. The website advertises a “100% happiness guarantee”, “9-month free returns” and encourages… Read more
customers to “setup & test” their baby essentials products. That’s exactly what I did. However, after testing the portacot and deciding I wasn’t happy with the quality, I was told that because it had been assembled and used, it wasn’t eligible for a return, refund, exchange or even store credit. My concerns were repeatedly dismissed because the product was “not faulty”, even though my complaint was about the quality and overall user experience. If you’re considering this portacot, I’d strongly suggest reading the returns policy very carefully before following the website’s advice to “setup & test” the product.
Great cot, easy to pack up and down. Mattress size a little off to buy generic sheets so better to purchase the ones from babybee directly. I used this in my bedroom once baby had outgrown bassinet but not ready for cot in own room yet. I now use it for holidays ands it’s great.
The Babybee Arlo portacot is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it. It is super light to carry around and it compacts down as well (smaller than my travel stroller). It is very easy to put together and pack away which can be done within a few minutes. Best baby buy I have done. Show details
Absolutely love the Arlo! Bought to use on holidays so can double as a play pen, and hopefully will have another baby in the future and can use the bassinet function. So versatile, great look and quality. Easy to put up and down. Already recommended to friends! Show details

Firstly, who knew a portacot could be so good looking! After much research I chose the Arlo to make my life easier, the reasons, it's so lightweight and easy to carry, transport and set up. I LOVE that it easily clicks into place without removing legs and it is not cumbersome whatsoever. My other fave aspect is the zip so I can pat my girl at a… Read more
comfortable level rather than a backbreaking lean over. Customer service is also quick and super helpful! I reached out with a question before my purchase and David was amazing. Delivery was also so quick, only 2 business days!
The Arlo travel cot is fantastic! Lightweight, easy to assemble and compact. The bassinet feature was great in the early months. The side opening is now really helpful and there is so much room in the cot.
Love our Arlo Travel cot! It was been great when travelling with our newborn and now that he is bigger, it’s been great for caravan trips. I love that we can open the sides to get Bub in. We are able to transfer him so much easier than lowering him down. If only the cot at home did the same! Show details
My first Grandchild is not too far away! I needed a cot for when Mummy and Daddy come to visit or if Nana is babysitting. The Arlo is perfect. We set it up just to see how easy it was and it really was quick and simple. My family can borrow it if they are going away on holidays and Aunty T can use it if she is on babysitting duty too. Super versatile and packs down easily in to the carry bag supplied. Can’t wait for baby to arrive! Show details
Really happy with this purchase. Incredibly easy to set up/pack away in just a couple of minutes. Easy to travel with, have taken it on multiple trips away with bassinet, including interstate. Used daily at home as a safe play area. Only one I could find on the market that is easy to set up, has attached bassinet, no weight limit for cot and multipurpose. Definitely worth the money. Easy enough to assemble. Not as fast as another on the market however this one had a higher safety rating, which is the most important! I've only used the baby bassinet setting but will be trying the cot setting with the side floor zip at the next opportunity. I like it much better than our previous one (just Kmart). Easy to get baby in any out as… Read more
I can shuffle my feet just underneath the edges to make it comfortable to balance and bend down with baby. All the materials feel very high quality, with clever design.
I purchased the Babybee ARLO Portacot as a gift for my son and daughter-in-law, who are expecting their second baby in just 6 weeks, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my choice. While they haven’t used it yet, I’ve previously bought them a pram from Babybee, and they had such a great experience that I feel completely confident in the quality… Read more
and design. The portacot looks beautifully made, practical, and thoughtfully designed for real parents, exactly what you want when preparing for a new baby. It gave me so much peace of mind choosing something I trust, and I’m genuinely excited to them use it soon. I have no doubt it will be just as loved as the pram. A perfect gift a brand I would happily recommend.
We like that this doubles as a portacot and a safe playspace for baby. Great that it also has the option for bassinet or cot mode depending on child’s age/to grow with child. It differs from most portacots in that it has a front zip - this was a big drawcard for us! Show details
