Great Prices & Service – Edward and Co Pram and Bassinet arrived promptly. I paid a little extra in freight but it was still a better price than any other online store or local store. canopy within 2 days. I finally received a ‘on its way’ email from babyography over a week later with no sign of refund email. Would recommend checking with this company before purchasing one of their items. It’s been 3 weeks now and still no canopy in the mail. It’s a shame they didn’t at least state the item was a back order instead of a ‘buy now’ item.

Good service and nice products in store – I bought two stokke tripp trapp chairs online. Picked one up at the brookvale store and the other one was on order but it too was ready for pick up less than a week later. Great price and service. I noticed the store have good variety and quality products. I told my wife and she said she's bought good stuff there before. The underground carpark makes it easy too.

Great Store ,Great Service – I have been shopping in this store for years ! I'm so glad that they now have a bigger premises .I can always find what I want and the Staff are always able to guide me in the right direction . Very helpful staff, great stock – I had my baby shower gift registry with babyography and they were very helpful with making sure all gifts were exactly as I needed. When some items were not quite right the staff helped to find the right replacement.

Horrible – We ordered a furniture package in September, the first issue was the cot mattress was the wrong one, we had to return it and have it re-ordered which took time. promised it would be resolved, the bolts and instructions were lost in the mail, they gave the wrong address, today only the bolts showed up....

we also ordered a pram from them which took over a month to arrive, again they blamed the supplier.

My baby is due next month and I thought I was ordering things in advanced, don't buy anything from here unless you are prepared to wait and fight.

So now I have a set of draws with no legs, bolts, which were just thrown into an envelope with no instructions.

Amazing store with great customer service – I live on the other side of Sydney, it takes me over an hour to drive to them but go because the staff are fantastic they know there products and delivery timeframes. They have a WIDE range of baby products it's a one stop shop for me!

Helpful customer service, super quick delivery – Great customer service received for a recent purchase here. Staff managed to find a mesh cover for a travel cot that wasn't supposed to be in stock, and I also received a free storm/sun cover for the Nano pram which I also purchased from them. Combined postage and super quick delivery (within 2 days to Adelaide) made for a very happy customer. I ended up saving over $100 with the discount on the pram and complimentary accessories.

her way to remove any unnecessary packaging and wrap it in a way that could be cost effective and still look pretty. It's not very often that retailers go beyond what they need to do, most would have sold me the items and sent me on my way. Will definitely be shopping here again, it's great to walk out of a store with a positive experience.

Love this store – Love this store. Always have great service with friendly staff and amazing advice. Couldn't fit change table in my car and a staff member offered to drop it to me on her way home. So many brands and items that you wont find in any other baby store in Sydney. LOVE!

Worst customer service... to the frame as it would be "easier" for us to collect everything together. Mind you, we had to pay the full amount first and were made to sign a paper saying minimum wait of 3-4weeks, 30% fee if cancelled, NO refunds etc etc i said to the lady that we are moving overseas so we MUST have everything in 5-6 week at the latest and she laughed and said max "2 weeks usually". Well, we wAited patiently for 4 weeks and were told to be more patient when we called them. We walked in after 5 weeks and they had arrived "last night", and the wait was on the frame... Which they had in sock but decided to sell someone else!!!! No apologies, but the young staff there are really nice, just the older ones have so so much attitude and are just rude. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Make the trip to Baby kingdom in Alexandria, always wonderful staff and lay by and storage system is fantastic.

fine with as bubs isnt due for another 6 weeks. Then after not hearing from them or receiving a shopping conformation my husband rang and they said they had to get it ordered in from joolz it's self, which didn't bothered me but then they said but the offer we have on the website is no longer available even though it said sale on until the end of the month so we wouldn't be getting the free gift cause and I quote they would have to take on the extra cost. Then they offered us the display model and would throw in the footmuff which was the gift we wanted for free however they were only going to take $50 off because and I quote again to cover most of the cost for the footmuff. Just the worst customer service ever and the fact that at the end of the day it was their fault to begin with and wouldn't budge with anything just says to me they don't care and money is all that matters which is sad.

My husband and I decided to just order in a new pram with no free gift as we would have to wait anywhere else we bought from but we will never buy from there again.

My advice is if your there and it's in stock at the right price go for it but if you have to order in and sales and stuff change walk away don't waste your time. Price Customer service

Will never use again – I ordered a maclaren footmuff as it was the only company i could find that had it "in stock". After seeing the reviews on here, I thought i could trust them. Little did I know, they didn't actually stock it and after checking with the supplier, it was a discontinued item, there wasn't one available in black and only had one in grey. to take the grey. I also ordered some other stuff, one of which was a present for the next weekend. However, I was told that I would have had to pay an extra postage charge to get that stuff sent before the footmuff. Thinking it would only take another week, I decided just to wait until the footmuff arrived. 4 weeks later (!!!!!!) the footmuff is sent to me without the rest of my items and I then I have to wait another week before I get the rest of my order. So all up it took 5 weeks! And to top it all off, I get sent a bugaboo cup holder instead of a maclaren cup holder. I was happy to just let everything go but on emailing them for assistance in returning it and getting the right one sent to me, I get no response!!!!!! That was the last straw and what has prompted me to write this review.

I hate companies that advertise for items that they don't have in stock

Fast Delivery very happy – I never heard of this website but was searching for a product my friend recommended. I found their website easy to use and the product I bought was received really quickly. Best baby shop ever!! – I can find everything I want plus more in this great shop! The staff are excellent they help with everything you need to ask and know how all the products work which is something rare in most other larger chains I've visited. I now don't shop anywhere else highly recommend if you are having a baby don't bother going anywhere else!!! It's your one stop shop!! The lovely staff great customer service
