Great Prices & Service – Edward and Co Pram and Bassinet arrived promptly. I paid a little extra in freight but it was still a better price than any other online store or local store. Great customer service through Facebook and email. I'm confident I will shop here again and would highly recommend.

Disappointing Experience – I ordered an ‘in stock’ Bugaboo canopy through babyography, contacted their customer service seeking an exact delivery time to which I was told it was not infact in stock and I needed to wait at least 10 business days until it was sent to me.. I then asked for a refund and did not hear back. So I purchased direct from bugaboo and received my new canopy within 2 days. I finally received a ‘on its way’ email from babyography over a week later with no sign of refund email. Would recommend checking with this company before purchasing one of their items. It’s been 3 weeks now and still no canopy in the mail. It’s a shame they didn’t at least state the item was a back order instead of a ‘buy now’ item.
