Over a month has past and my online order hasn't even been processed. Can't cancel it online. Sent numerous emails to find out what was happening with no reply. Phoned the store, the person said they would ring me back with an update on my order in an hour. No call back. Emailed and sent through a comment on the website to cancel the order. Stay away from this company is my advice. Show details

emails, and their phone line was unreachable. I had no choice but to open a dispute through my bank’s Visa transaction system. Thankfully, Visa and my bank sided with me and issued a refund — I’m truly grateful to them for that.

Now, I am trying to return the outdated product to the store since I’ve received my refund, but the store continues to ignore all attempts to contact them, even about this. I’ve already refunded the money — please take your product back. I don’t want to owe you anything.

it hadn’t, I checked with them and they said the parcel had been returned to sender. Had enough and requested refund through PayPal in the end which I luckily got. Don’t waste your time ordering through this company I believe it’s a scam, they advertise products they don’t have and then don’t reply

know where the order is and are saying they are waiting for it to be returned by Aramex to them before they can try and ship it again via another service.

Cave of assorted "stuff". When we showed him on our phone the copy of our order, he miraculously produced a mattress of the size we ordered. I seriously think that if we had not attended the "warehouse", we would not have received the product we ordered. They as as dodgey as. Do not even bother ordering from them as you will probably never see your stuff. We were just lucky that we came across the guy who was there. We were just lucky with our timing.

Do not order from them. Fake store – I purchased baby high chair from them and apart from the order confirmation never received anything. Tried to contact them but all attempts are unsuccessful , not replying to emails not answering phones.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE – I ordered a bassinet mattress on October 17th and still have not received the item. I’ve had my baby and had to rave out to find an alternative option. Paid in full with $10 postage, they keep ignoring my calls or if they answer they say they will call me back or organise a refund but never hear anything. Can’t believe so many other people have had a bad experience - surely there is something we can do?!

Stay away, no contact, no service, no product – I ordered a couple of frames over 3 weeks ago, which were "shipped" within a week supposedly via Aramex. the phone was answered, they said they would call me back in 20 minutes. I am still waiting 48 hours later for this return phone call.

Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company if you actually would like to receive your products. I have been patient for over 2 weeks now, however my patience has now run out.

My next stop is to request a full chargeback on my card. I would rather pay a higher price for a reliable service where I can be assured that my ordered products will actually show up!

I made a mistake by not reading the reviews and comments prior to ordering, which I usually always do. Buyer beware!!!

Absolutely shocking quality of wood and product – Pitched the bundle set cot, change table and set of drawers and not only was it an absolute nightmare to put together but it is falling apart. It was a gift from some body so definitely will not be recommending this company to anyone.

poor quality – I am very disappointed in the quality of the dresser for an item that cost $359 the holes are not square causing the item to be off centre and unbalanced. Screws puncture through the bottom of the draws creating sharp points inside the draws and the timber to split. The bottom section of the draws does not fit the front panel as the base is… Read more

square and the section it needs to be inserted into is rounded.

The screws provided that support the bottom of the draws are not long enough to go through the bottom section creating no structural support

Dowls have been supplied with no option of use as there is no place for these to provide additional support to the frame

As baby furniture this is highly unsafe to have sharp objects pocking out and splintering wood

Do not trust -ignoring all calls & emails for returns – Bought the wrong picture frames and want to return them brand new unopened in the box. Their emails all returned back to me so you cannot contact them and they never return any call or email from their chat. Got through to a person on my phone and he promised twice to send me a return slip which I've never received - they now block my number so I cannot get through to them at all. Avoid like the plague. Show details

said to go to hardware store and buy glue to put it together instead. Admitted the screws were wrong. Lied about sending a return slip to return and never emailed it through. Babyworth are selling items that are not of merchantable quality and conducting illegal transactions. The change table is not fit for use and should not be sold. Have ignored all further phone calls and emails. Are not contactable to return money for a product that cannot be used. Babyworth are in breech of consumer law. Under the Australian Consumer Law which states businesses must meet a set of basic rights called consumer guarantees when they sell products or services. Would not recommend using this company they will just take your money.

Beware – Please don’t give them any business they are a very dishonest horrible company. Got a very faulty cot after many months of complaining I eventually got them to agree it was faulty and agreed to return it and get a refund it been 12 months now and still no refund no replies to emails and phone call. Show details

0 stars – They supplied products that were damaged and agreed to pick up the damaged item and supply a new one. Then they never did it and started to ignore my emails and calls. Now the cot is also breaking. Terrible company with terrible furniture customer service
