Not happy – Purchased an outdoor enclosure back in 2019, upon receiving it I discovered that it wasn't waterproof and needed to be painted before it could be assembled. Once I opened the box I discovered that the hammocks they are advertised as coming with, were missing, as was the extra one they agreed to provide when I purchased it. I tried contacting them and got no response, and have since found out they went out of business. Leaving this review just in case they ever start up again.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY – Five order with this company. I received one that was poor quality - a Pooper scooper for cats. The other 4 orders I have not received for various products. They said they were tracking the smaller items and 2 outdoor cat enclosures no longer available and they will refund my purchases as warehouse flooded and customers being refunded. Phone number now not working, instant chat on website not working but they are still taking orders and customers on wait list for these orders. As they stopped communicating when I enquired where my refunds were. "Oh, let me check and get back to you" I was told. They now refuse to reply. Consumer affairs have also had no response from them when I asked them to intervene. Clearly there is an issue when they are still promoting products yet not contactable. They were so helpful and friendly when I first made purchases and now they are invisible. I would give Zero rating if possible. Clearly they want me to take them to court to get my refunds!!!! They have both my phone number, address and bank details to refund my money! NB 6-2-20 Today I noted that they are still selling products on website yet KROS HOLDINGS PTY LTD who own this have gone into liquadation on 2/12/19. This is being handled by Robson Cotter Insolvency Group

Unfortunately we have had a pipe burst at our warehouse and majority of our stock has been damaged, including your orders with us. Will need to issue you a full refund as we don't expect stock to be available again for a number of months. We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you can understand our situation.
