Ultimate SCAMMER Co – I would give this company no stars if it were possible (which it should be) This has to be the biggest scam out. A holiday that you cannot plan unless you want to end up with NO accommodation. ... Communication next to zero.

No response – Has this business now "gone under!?" As I see from another person who has the same problem. They contacted me back in May 2022 saying I can now use the voucher I purchased but now am unable to contact them through their website/email. Anyone heard anything? Money lost I presume.☹️
No response – Bought my vouchers in 2020 with 2yr validation period. I have been in touch a couple of times with the latest being May this year and always had quick response but now ready to book and have received a msg stating that their server is not accepting the emails so don't know what's happening or how to find out. Ripped off DO NOT BUY if it looks too good to be true don't do it – Great advertising for a holiday to Bali - 7 days $99. Purchased in Dec 2020 with expectations we could travel in 2021. Then Covid lockdowns continued and we were uncertain how long we would be in lockdown. Wrote to them Jan 2021 and was told my voucher would be extended and I would receive another voucher. I had not even received the first… Read more
one!!! Which was why I was writing in the first place. A person named [Name Removed] from this email address admin@baliresortdeals.com.au. I have continuously written to them in regards to the ongoing lockdowns and a further extension. Up until today my emails have never bounced back, but now the emails don't work and I had never been provided with a phone number. No refund no contact.
Don't do it, be aware – If I could have rated 0 I would have. Purchased a voucher right at the beginning of Covid but wasn't concerned as it was to be valid for 2 years after borders re-opening. Finally got to book our holiday and was surprised at the questions on the booking form e.g. income should be over AUD$60k, age must be 65 or under, occupation. Sent it off… Read more
anyway- surely it would be ok. Got an email asking yet more questions and confirming that we were too old, insufficient income, etc. So I emailed back asking for a refund as we clearly didn't meet their ridiculous conditions. They have refused a refund saying that we might meet conditions in future. Did they think we were going to get younger? I've reported this to the ACCC for them to investigate.
SCAM!!! SCAM!!! SCAM!!! – Paid the deposit and did not receive booking confirmation. Given a false email address to send a request too. Shortly thereafter Telstra contacted me regarding unusual activity on my phone account and needed to verify my ID.
SCAM... SCAM... SCAM – They took the payment for a holiday deal and they are not contactable at all now. Not for a refund or book the holiday. DO NOT BUY FROM BALI RESORT DEALS, Show details
Beware, scam – Paid our deposit for a trip to Bali. Can't reply to email, can't contact company. Need an e-voucher number, which we have not received to complete reservation form. No idea how to get money back. Total scam! Show details
