I have constantly had to follow up after each promised delivery date has come and gone. I have a Bambini Milan 2 and recently had issues with the brake mechanism on the back wheels. Upon reaching out to Customer Service & Sales, I was responded to in a swift manner and the issue was resolved in a way that both extends the life of the pram but also meets all the requirements of my request. Removed] at the Brisbane baby expo. I don’t mean to be rude but I need to share my experience as I walked out of the baby expo feeling quite disappointed that I did not purchase the pram that I wanted because the lady that was serving me seemed not interested at all and it was like I was talking to a robot not a human being at one point when I asked to see certain features on this pram. I had an eye roll given to me which I did not get that from other brands that day.

I truly hope the manager sees this and can ensure that the staff they are putting on have a care factor, my partner and I ended up purchasing a Babybee pram and had a 10/10 experience.

space to spare! I also love the basket too store items however the only flaw is that the basket is quite small. I guess that's what you get with a compact pram though. Another favourite feature is the handles and the ability to rotate the bar fully down, meaning I can tuck the pram and bub into a table with me at a Cafe for example. This saves so much room and makes baby feel part of the experience. The bassinet is spacious and has some great functions as does the seat. There are not many prams which allow the bar to be removed from the seat but this one doing so allows me to transfer my sleeping baby from arms to pram easily without having to adjust her legs. I think overall this is a fantastic pram and I am very happy with it!

I ordered a pram at the Brisbane expo and the pram was delivered in record time. Very good service. I had some questions about the pram after i had already bought it and the customer service rep responded very quickly and promptly. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. There has been no communication to this or emails sent directly to sales@bambiniworld.com. Our questions to Bambini have been focused on which of their models would be most suitable to our rural environment and we were prepared to make a purchase based on the information provided. I am no longer confident that our patronage will be respected and valued. I can only hope that this review attracts attention, or Bambini has lost an easy sale.
