are in a lovely soft bamboo material which will be perfect for travel. I'm also able to mix and match the styles so less clothes I need to take.

I also found the customer service swift to answer a query and very obliging. My order came within a few days so I'm very happy with the experience from Bamboo Body. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, classy – I have bought many tops from Bamboo body over the years. They are stylish, soft and cool. Perfect for wear in a tropical climate. quickly it arrived. Ordered on the Friday and it was delivered on the following Tuesday.

Tee-shirt was extremely comfortable on my skin, and thereafter I brought a whole range of different items in the past two years.

Within two years of my first purchase, I see around 95% of my wardrobe is now from BB.

My favourite items so far, have been the culottes and the swing dresses. And I have a tee-shirt in every colour.

On the downside, I have noticed that bamboo isn’t as hard wearing as cotton or hemp, and the clothes (sadly) have a shortish shelf life – especially if worn every day like I do.

In regards to customer service, I have never had to return anything, but emails about different things (once where I was having issues paying by AfterPay), have always been returned promptly and politely.

The loyalty card is also especially welcome, given how much I buy from them.

Overall I am very happy with everything.

Not great… – Super disappointed. Brought leggings from Bamboo Body a couple of years ago during my first pregnancy and they were fantastic - washed well and looked new for ages. Terrible customer service – The seam on one of my tops came apart after a few wears and the black fabric n another garment fluffed after only an few wears so looks realy well worn now. I also found the customer service quite poor when dealing with this company. They tried to blame their defects on me and were obstructive and not helpful at all.

excellent customer service – First time buying with them, the clothes are super comfy and true to size. Also I accidentally ordered the wrong size on one item, not only did they call and email to try and clarify before sending out (I missed both) they were super accommodating when I sent the item back long after the fact and exchanged for the correct size with no hassle at all. Once you start you can’t stop! – The clothing from Bamboo Body is addictive! The fabric is so soft and breathable and it doesn’t crush. smart but feel like pyjamas! The tops and cardis drape perfectly and the skirts and pants have terrific waist bands.

I also bought my mother culottes with the folding waist band that can be worn high or low. She received so many compliments when she was in the hospital.

Bamboo Body also offer a one-on-one styling service. Shipping is fast, returns are easy (although you do have to pay return postage - but free return postage is never really free anyway!). Great service, lovely products, highly recommend.

their bamboo. Unlike many ethical companies, Bamboo Body talks the talk and walks the walk - orders are wrapped and packaged in brown paper rather than plastic satchels. Customer service is spot on, refunds are processed quickly, and they are very approachable if you don't know your size. I can't fault them!
