Lovely people a delight to deal with – I hired a car seat for international visitors and the process could not have been simpler. The sales staff and installers were amazing.

This is amazing – Maxwell insane god, he deserves evwrythimg i love him, he even sat in the pram amd slept in the crib with me.

Great service and prices – I really shopped around for prams and all our baby things, and found Banana baby to be really competitive on price. To add to that I've found the services to be amazing. I had an issue 12 months after I purchased my valco snap, and the girls in store couldn't have been more helpful when dealing with the supplier to fixing the pram. A delight to deal with I would highly recommend.

service at the other baby store, we decided to visit Banana Baby. It quite a large shop with some boutique products not seen at other baby stores. Also, they had lower prices than most of the other baby shops we visited. But, here the best part - they have really good customer service. All the staff are really easy to talk to and they really know the products. When there was a product that had to order in, we got a call within the same week as it arrive as they promised.

sale! the lady on the phone was very helpful, kind and knew exactly what I was after. Ordered online that afternoon rang the next day to check if my order went through, they had my order but it hadn't been dispatched yet this was 4pm when I rang, was speaking to a different lady she was happy to assist fixed everything up for me and told me within 2 to 3 working days should be delivered. Yes! Received it the very next day. Couldn't believe how fast delivery was! Everything was nicely packaged and had all the stuff I ordered. Brand new products in excellent condition.

amazing customer service, good prices, best brands! – I recently purchased baby stuff from this store for my second baby! All i can say is positives! These people are sooooo welcoming nice and helpful! All stocked up and ready for sale. No waitiing period. The only baby store that had the pram i wanted and their prices are cheap so much cheaper then baby kingdom baby warehouse and baby bunting! They price match and match lower!! Shop is excellent, Supplier was the weak link – Chasing a hard to get pram i was pleasantly surprised to come across this shop which not only beat a competitor by $400 but also attempted to get the pram in to me the following day whereas EVERYWHERE else in and around Sydney all said it would be a 4 - 8 week wait after i pre-paid in full for the pram first without even seeing it. also the one shop which had both the pram with toddler seat AND carrycot already in the store that i could "test-drive". They required no deposit from me over the phone and the following day did indeed have the pram and seat in store ready for me to go. The sales lady was extremely helpful, happy and lovely to chat to. She also showed an extraordinary amount of patience for my two toddlers and toddler-aged nephew running around the shop full of beans. I paid for the pram and seat, the matching carrycot and a booster seat. All but the carry cot was carried and put into our car for us around the back of the shop. The carrycot i was told would take about two weeks to arrive from the supplier and then another week to make delivery to our house. Once home, we set up the pram and weren't too thrilled to discover the two back wheels were bubbled out, so they weren't completely round. It gives the pram a wobble. After a phone call to the store the lady was extremely helpful and told us to send photos with the serial number and she would take care of the supplier for us. Two weeks after purchase i contacted the shop to inquire about the carrycot. Turns out the carrycots did not make the certain shipment they were supposed to and thus would now not arrive in store for another whole month. Im not very happy at all with this but i recognise it is a mistake by the supplier which has unfortunately reflected bad upon this great store.

They got the best brands, services and prices – Amazing range on displayed. Also surprised they had the Troll Sun in stock. The other stores told us there was a 2 month wait. We love the selection of strollers. Service was amazing and the prices are low. A real warehouse price type of place, but showroom really nice product was on displayed. We also hire a capsule from them.

Great range and bargain prices – We had a tight budget and we were surprised at the range of low priced products available. Delivery time was amazing – I ordered the Babyzen Yoyo from Bananababy as they were the only ones showing that they had it in stock. I ordered it at miday on the 17th December (a week before Christmas) and it arrived by courier at my front door at 7.30am the next day. I was shocked and amazed, I didn't think it would arrive before Christmas, but the next day was amazing. I don't even live in the Sydney Area, I live about 6 hours away. I would buy there again.

Excellent service and cheapest! – We searched online and in various shops for the pram and capsule we wanted. I emailed Banana Baby for a quote and found out that it was the cheapest of all the quotes we saw plus they had everything in stock for immediate pickup. We knew exactly what we wanted which helped, however I would thoroughly recommend Banana Baby for the cheapest prices and friendly, honest and helpful service. Brilliant service! – I contacted them to get an item for my sister in laws baby shower and they dispatched the order without any delay. The order was made on the Thursday and arrived on the Friday. Terrible – These people are hopeless, no help at all, and we spent over $3000 at their crap shop, shouldnt that count for some respect??? to home Where to start? Firstly, I had a pram on lay-by, and when I had paid it off and was ready to collect it, shopkeeper told me she didn't have it, and was due to receive it by the end of October - mid November. This was no good for me as I was due 3rd October(my baby ended up coming 1 month premmie aswell). Offered no apologies and no discount for another pram either, and isn't it against fair trading to sell a lay-by item anyway?? Being a first time mum I knew nothing about prams, she didn't help me at all with any useful info on what to choose, and ended up selling me the crappiest pram ever!! Then, if that wasn't bad enough, when I asked to buy a lambs wool PRAM liner, she sold me a mattress liner instead for $50. As I said I am a first time mum without much of an idea so I didn't know. I ended finding one at Big W for $25. So annoyed!!
