Delaying interest rate reductions. Overall I’ve loved banking with BCU but making the business decision to not pass on interest rate cuts until 3 weeks after the Reserve Bank has changed them is stealing from your customers. Other banks have actioned these cuts immediately. Increases were actioned much more quickly, just a money making choice that is not in the best interests for customers.

Excellent Support. Very happy so far – I got introduced to Liam and shared all my requirements. He was so quick to respond and suggested that by re-financing my current home loan to them I can get not only 10K cashback (5k for new property and 5k for re-finance), but also save the LMI I was planning to pay of around 15k totally saving me 25K. I reside in NSW and due to lockdowns I was unable to decide or visit the properties in QLD for inspection. Since he was living nearby he went out of the way to help me with viewing the house through facetime and also helped me with his inputs on choosing the right property at the best location.

The tips and help he provided is the main reason I have bought this house in a good location in such a short time.

BCU (Been Cheating You) – BCU are arrogant thieves there is simply no other way to describe them. They used to be an honourable institution but now they charge dishonour fees on transfers between your own accounts which is aptly named as they couldn't be more dishonourable if they tried. I wouldn't recomend them to my worst enemy. They steal your money and are arrogant beyond belief.

Excellent – If angryman didn't bank like an idiot he wouldn't be getting any dishonour fees, his membership fees would be minimal, and transaction fees would be nil. This is one of the best priced and most helpful institutions I have banked with ever. Friendly service, fast service, easy access, low fees Need to get up to speed on internet banking / sms banking

Terrible – arrogant, only interested in people with money saving they can invest not recommended..just another bank run by selfish self interest nothing at the moment arrogant managers and some staff $86.00 in 2 days in dishonor fees.. isnt that stealing
