Paid excessive rates. They could not would not compete when I had a better offer. Suspect that they're good at the start to win business and then milk customers.

They are not the cheapest, which in itself is not a major issue, but they are an immovable rock completely unable to think outside their very tiny little box. Glad we never moved personal banking to them. Avoid them, there are more flexible and cheaper lenders out there!

We moved into our investment property and contacted Mortgage House that it is NO longer an investment property. We asked for a rate review as owner occupied loans have a lower interest rate than investment. they say it’s up for management review. If there is a chance you going to move into your investment property I’d suggest you avoid Mortgage House! They are not a bank but seem to be able to determine your interest rate at their discretion. We are not having much luck at the moment.
