Great experience yet again
Just took out some equity from my existing loan. The process was again blazing fast; loan was approved within week without hinderence.
All credit goes to Mittal Shah who helped me Wade through this and saved lot of time.
Increase to loan
We needed urgent help to borrow additional funds for home renovations and Mittal worked his magic and had paperwork done within days and funds available within a week. Like many, I was searching for a refinance on my home with the interest rate hikes. Exceptional Service from Mittal Shah!
Mittal has previously helped me refinance, and this would be the second loan application with him.
My last construction loan was with another lender and was an absolute disaster, but the process with Mortgage House and Mittal was smooth and painless. Mittal was very patient with me as I recounted my previous horror story, and I can say that this time around the process with him was a breeze.

Allan Wong was very helpful, friendly and trustworthy throughout the whole process of obtaining a variable loan, for the second time around. We returned to Allan during our second property purchase because we had such a good experience the first time around. Huge shout out to Mittal Shah from Mortgage House who looked after our diverse portfolio from day 1 including initial consultation, narrowing down preferred lender, review / due diligence process and settlement process. Right from the start he has been in close contact with briefing about respective stage and maintaining close contact and following up frequently to check of any queries or issues. Liaising with external parties on our behalf taking the pressure off our shoulders during the extensive 5 months process.

I would like to find out if a pensioners who own her/his property is eligible to borrow against her or his property while relaying on Pension?
Not knowing your exact situation I couldn't say for sure, but depending upon how much wanted to borrow and the value of your property it might be possible, contact them and ask
