Only had a chat with a senior lending manger, [Name Removed], he was so rude, made my partner and myself feel st^pid when we were asking questions, as this is a first time wanting to buy a house, he made every statement we said pointless, and made us feel so defeated on something we were so excited to start

BE WARNED. do not sign up with Aussie, there customer service is terrible to say the least, no help at all, trying to get information out of them about your own account is like getting blood from a stone, i,m taking my business somewhere else.
