Ash looked after us from first consult to closing the sale. He was very supportive and provided all the information for us to consider and also gave us guidance and advice. He was instrumental in securing our loan, and confirming the final purchase, chasing up various vendors and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Highly recommended

VERY unhappy with the HSBC loan that was recommended by Aussie home loans, this is a terrible product with a terrible bank, thousands of dollars of my savings eaten by interest with HSBCs crappy products. I will never use Aussie Home loans and I will never recommend them to anyone.
Follow-up · I lodged a complaint over the lack of service provided by the broker, in both explaining the product and finding a product that met my needs. I do not feel satisfied with their response and still do not recommend Aussie Home Loans to anybody.

competing buyers that you have to contend with. Having the Aussie Loans Coolum team behind me, I was able to get my offer accepted with a 7 day finance clause, which is why my offer was accepted as speed was what the Vendor wanted due to personal circumstances. However, after an offer is accepted, there's so much more work to be done, and Trevor and team did what they said they would, in a timely manner and the property settled with no issues.
I say all this, as I work for one of the big four banks, and unfortunately, I would not have received the same amazing service, care or understanding from the bankers of where I work. Buying a home is stressful, and not something you do every day and it's not my area of expertise, so don't I don't know the process, or needs to happen when, whilst working full time. Trevor kept me informed at every stage, took the time to help me understand everything so I could make informed decisions, communicated with me when he said he would, and diligently progressed everything. Not once did I have to remind, chase or question something about the application. The complete opposite of my experience when I bought my previous home with my big bank employer, which was easily one of the most stressful experiences of my life.
Trevor and team knew how important this life moment was for me, and they treated it as if it was their own, which is what you want from your banker!
