The process of refinancing a home loan is very confusing and difficult. Get a broker! Agnes was my broker from Aussie, and she was very helpful. She was very detailed, provided a number of different home loan options to my current one, and managed to snag a last minute cashback offer that was literally about to expire. She also communicated regularly, checking in on progress of the refinancing, and explaining the next steps in the process. I've now got a home loan with a lower rate. Couldn't be happier!
