it we wanted a big spa that could be used socially for us , for our 2 teenagers and their mates and a full hydro therapy spa for my sore back and body pains as a tradesman. Dale has been amazing through the process answering questions and giving honest information from the start & following up to see how everything was going . Very professional company with great values .clients first ! Ripper bloke . The delivery guys were great on the day with tricky access but the 3 of us managed to squeeze a 500kg spa through very tight space and onto the deck . Well done Banff and spa world

Ahhh - time to relax at last. ;-) – Purchased our Banff Mt Cascade spa through Poolwerx Burpengary, Qld, and despite my being an absolute pain, both Rebecca from Poolwerx and Dale from Banff Spas were outstanding in their customer service. I do have one minor niggle, It would be nice if the spa frame had threaded inserts for the fasteners on the removable panel. When I removed the panel to check for leaks on first fill, there was already two holes for each screw. Although the panel will not be removed regularly, I imagine I will check inside the frame at least once per year, so correct positioning of the panel and the need to avoid over-tightening are essential. Threaded inserts would not necessarily make this task any easier, but would alleviate the risk of damage to the frame with multiple screw holes. Just a thought.

Happy family! – We absolutely love our Banff Spa, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. It looks and feels great, especially at night time with all the lights and jets going. The other big plus for us is the amazing cleaning and filtering system which is no stress or work at all.We just love this spa and are so grateful that Craig from Spa Werx Shepparton took the time to help us through the choosing and purchase process and then followed on with a difficult installation.
