Very happy with my new Explore! Great product & customer service. Highly recommend – Bought the new Explore as a birthday gift for my mum because I know how much she loves the Bang & Olufsen brand. This store are cheaters, deceivers – I ordered a Beoplay H9 headphone as advertised from them, the item arrived and opened it, what they delivered is not the one I ordered but a latest one Beoplay H9 3rd gen, I emailed them and said I will return the item, they called me with a private number from them they're answer was I can't because it was opened, Don't buy from these store as they advertise item which is not available, they just want your money, they are deceiver. I said to them on the phone that I will file a complaint to the Dept. of Commerce because of deception.
