We have slightly unusual employment circumstances which made things a bit complicated, but John was really helpful and responsive guiding us through the application and approval process.

Australia has been fantastic as well. We started getting information about a loan by going into a branch, although they couldn't provide much detail they were helpful and started the process. The responsiveness of Bank Australia staff has been fantastic and they have perfected the 'under promise over deliver' in regard to calling you back/ answering emails etc. Natasha Heger was a wonderful first starting point to discuss loans and provided clear and detailed advice. Lastly, Joe was very helpful in setting up my bank account to make my deposit. Overall Bank Australia have been great, I am so delighted they are my Bank, that they are part of VHF. The reliability, accountability and transparency of the process has been fantastic. 10/10 would recommend!
