Worst Bank to deal with concerning Credit Cards
Please note This Credit Card is actually supplied by & operated by CITIBANK (CITIGROUP) my experience in dealing with Citibank is terrible, lack of plp that can actually speak english, phoning me in the afternoon while I am at work & repeatedly telling them to call me in the morning, they do not listen. Cut Credit Card in half and throw out. I refused to pay any money oweing because they would not do as i directed concerning calling me in the afternoons, guess what? they kept phoning me to ask why I wasn't paying IN THE AFTERNOON. I would just ...hang up on them, & 10 minutes later get another phone call (automated) trying to put me into a cue to talk to someone, this went on for months. GUESS WHAT These same plp also operate: Kogan Credit Cards Suncorp Credit Cards Virgin Money Credit Cards and many other own brand & small bank credit cards STARE CLEAR OF THEM In the end I had $5500 debt & paid it out at $2600

Rewarding, convenient and hassle free
Have been using this card for over 20 years with no complaints so far and happy with every aspect of it. Main points being:
Prompt response from customer service, both by phone or direct online messaging. Have up to 12 weeks from payment to request a reversal of any goods or service in dispute with a vendor and not getting a resolution.
I earn one Q-Rewards point for every $1 spent and simple to redeem online for travel, goods or cashback. I like the cashback option as I earn between $100 to $120 annually which more than pays for my $60 annu...

I like the card
I think this credit card is very good but when i apllyd for it the branch didnt send the aplickashon thru strate away so i didnt get the card until a few weks later but when i did finaly get it the give you rewards after you have been useing it and you can buy things on the website with the points
It is good
They didnt send it strate away
The Q rewards system linked to these cards is at least a good as flybuys (and you can still use that when you spend anyway, so you double up on points). They too have plenty of bonus partners everywhere, where you can earn 6, sometimes 10 points for every dollar you spend. If you use your card for everything, it really doesn't take too long to accumulate points. I usually end up with around $140 worth of gift cards each year for Target, Kmart etc...
NEVER had a problem with this card, go in and see them.
Fantastic Q rewards system
