How in 2025 can you have an application process that doesn't allow you to fully edit existing applications? – Started an application online that they automatically saved. On re-opening it the next day, I was unable to go back a few screens to the income input screens. So tried to create a new application and then received a message saying I was unable to start a new one as I had one already in progress. Rang support who essentially said suffer in my jocks as that's just how it is. So I am now unable to edit the existing application which has errors and unable to submit a new one so I'm snookered.

Excellent for basic use – Have used this as my only credit card to help acquired a positive credit rating and have had no dramas at all. It doesn't collect any form of frequent flyer or velocity points, but for basic use it does everything you need it to do.

interest rate is too high – even thought we get fee free credit card, the interest rate makes up for it. its is quite high compared to some other credit cards. i would give it a miss if i was you.

Hopeless Just Another Annoying Australian Bank – Totally useless and hopeless to deal with in relation to credit cards In my case I was also fully approved for a reduced amount and submitted documentation required even with a full explanation of my income ... They still as fir tax returns when I retired ... send me endless notices of how we’re all done send superannuation docs Rrrrr there are none is my income of 54 K able to service a 2K interest free card YES and it’s a balance transfer to boot ... Foreign people assessing these applications and even a local contact I got was just as hopeless told me to put the application number on my submissions Der it comes with it on.

Hopeless go elsewhere where you get realistic understanding and service You can do heaps better ...

Good – I have used Bank Sa no annual fee card for many years. I have never had to pay any interest. There are a certain amount of limited transactions per month that are free. A very easy to use credit card, which I have had for years. The transaction fee when using an ATM is annoying, a bit of a rip off really.
