Absolutely amazing customer service. They rushed to get a product dispatched immediately when my dog was unwell and we needed ASAP and promised to let me know when a second product we needed was back in stock - which they did - and offered free shipping for the second delivery . Excellent and friendly customer service. My first shopping experience with Baobao pet shop was great. Unfortunately, the product I purchased was no match for my tough chewing Cane Corso, so it only lasted a few days. (I got the Freezball by Freezbone).

Have purchased from Bao Bao twice now and both times have been happy with the communication and service. They stock items that are difficult to find in Sydney stores.

submitted a request with Aus Post. The package is now due for delivery today, a week later (poor for Auspost, certainly not express!) Viki replied this morning to advise the Auspost update and offered a discount code for a futuer order. A+ customer service for a situiation that was out of their control!

Unique products – Great shop that delivers goods other shops in Australia doesn't have yet. The product reviews were emailed to me earlier than the products were delivered, so I was a bit confused. They provide a lot of gifts, I was surprised when I opened the box, this could be due to the anniversary of the shop's opening.
