bad customer service , i have been using them and one of item i wanted to replace or refund they never answer the phone and no getting back even i left my voice mail and i do have business account and i not gonna use them

Paid for new, got secondhand – Bought some supposedly new clippers, but they show obvious signs of previous use, including hair. All the accessories were still in original packaging and they had done a pretty good job of making the actual clippers look new, but the hair and marks on the main body were a giveaway. Not happy!

Bad Experience – Product took longer than estimated shipping which was 5 days after the normal rate. Also product came in bad packaging and items were dirty. Don’t recommend this store as you will not satisfied with secondhand goods.

Works a charm – Only used once so far but zero grabbing or pulling on hair. Like a hot knife through butter. So happy I can cut my own hair and not travel 2 hours to nearest barber! Even threw in some free lollies! This is only the second time I've ever received free goodies with a delivery (hundreds of deliveries from other business and nothing gifted). They were animal bones lollies and I'm vegan but the thought still counts. The other was these little gold plated bees, from an Amazon order, cute but can't eat them and I don't know what to do with them. Jeff Beezos?

Professional clippers for under $100 is a bargain. Customer service is good too. Responsive, especially for a family run business.

All in all I'm very happy.
