Can't open the container. PS Contains secret tip on how to do it – To open the Borax plastic container, pierce the soft side of the tub with a sharp knife, away from you. Once you've made the slit, poke your scissors in there and wiggle them until you can cut out a big slice of the plastic. Pour all the powder into a container you can actually open. Excellent product but… – The packaging has changed to a white container and a hot pink lid. Product is odourless. Had to stab the container to cut a hole in the side of it to get the product out. Very shortsighted that they changed the packaging COLOUR yet not the dysfunctional LID. My lid also didn’t sit in the grooves properly so turning the lid a thousand times did… Read more

nothing to open it or reposition the lid to cooperate with the grooves. Pretty stupid company to continue ignoring customers asking for a lid that’s actually functional…. great way to sabotage your brand, product, the integrity of the product once opened and referrals. Works well on grease ants….. IF YOU CUT A HOLE IN THE PACKAGING TO GET THE PRODUCT OUT AND BYPASS THE LID.

Change the lid – Works very well just can't get the lid off I had to break through the lid to use it. Please think about changing the lid design think about your customers. Show details

Tricky to open the container!! – Very tricky to open but once you get the knack it’s fine. Older people with arthritis would have great difficulty. Great product however. It gets the mould smell out of my clothes after moving out of a mouldy house (along with white vinegar). Best combination for those affected by mould illness

TOO HARD TO OPEN CONTAINER – Love the product but as a senior I find it virtually impossible to open the container that Bare Essential Borax comes in. Sometimes have to use a sharp knife to remove that plastic that blocks the lid from opening.....which then leaves a hole in the container.....not good enough folks....we're not all supermen or women.....please improve this situation to save frail or fragile wrists and avoid an accident with the knife solution etc!!!!

Great for smelly clothes – My work shirts are synthetic & can become really smelly. I used Borax last wash - soaked my shirts overnight first - and no more smell. Awesome product, highly recommended!!

Ho w to open – How do you even open this thing?????? I do not get it! I asked so many people and I am stuck with a jar that can not be opened!!!!! It is so hard

Now i can't find it anywhere – Removes alcohol stains, grease and sauce very easy, it is much better to use on lighter fabrics. I also use this product when i can find it to clean bathrooms laundry and toilet. I wipe the inside of the car down with it, use it to remove the grease off my rims etc Searched all day for it and can't find it anywhere.
