Zero after sale service – Do NOT recommend dealing with BARKAHOLICS. Product is faulty and they will not respond to any questions, messages or emails.
Unit faulty, cannot establish contact with Barkaholics for repair or refund – Ecollar purchased in February 2023, now faulty, but despite sending repeated emails, and texts, and completing the online contact form I cannot establish contact with Barkaholics to obtain a refund or replacement. Next step is to go through the QLD regulator i.e. the Office of Fair Trading
Beware – We purchased a dog collar from this company and ordered 2 by mistake been emailing them ,sms also and phone message but no answer until today when i sent a email saying i would leave a bad review,he got back to me with some crap story about family and hospital and was very unpolite but i would not deal with this company at all so beware he said returns cost a 25 per cent restocking fee so i will be keeping it as a reminder
Once they have your money, no response – Barkholics was formerly Pet Trainer. They are very hard to contact. There is no phone number. They are very slow to respond email, or don't respond at all. It took a month for the product to arrive. They replaced the faulty collar but when the next one was faulty after a couple of uses I requested a refund as it was still in the warranty period. They did not respond to my request for a refund.
