What I experienced was a truly exceptional customer service from Amanda Charleston at Bass Strait Transport on my quest to transport my electric scooter from Melbourne to Launceston. The reason her service was such a stand-out is that before calling Bass Strait Transport with my enquiry, I had already spoken to about 4 or 5 different freight companies with every single one them unable to offer a solution. Rather than put my request in the 'too hard basket', she swang into action, provided every information I needed to know and walked me through the various information and documentation needed. I followed her advice and the rest is history- my electric scooter safely on the way to Tassie. With service like this, I totally and strongly recommend Bass Strait Transport to anyone needing freight services. Well done on your exceptional service ☺️
