me because she was the one who took the call originally and was handling it, even though she had not communicated with me at all, she told me that matter had been escalated. Over 2 weeks later I still haven’t heard a thing from the company!

Terrible customer service! Will never order online from company again! I think they believe by ignoring their customers they will go away….WRONG! Do better!

Never have stock, refund after complaining – Have tried numerous times to purchase from this importer of bath and body works and other brands, same people run another company called velvet sky. include gst. It’s added after. Complained about this on Facebook and a few days later my order was refunded for ‘no stock’. I’m over these people. I don’t believe they are authorised resellers of these products because as they say, they ‘import when they can’. I think they prob buy at sales in the US and send it over and resell here. They should just stick to selling whatever stock they actually have, on eBay. It’s actually cheaper for us to buy on amazon US and have it sent here. $48 posted for two items from them, $58 Aus for 3 items from Amazon US.

Wow! – Great service, I ordered on Sunday, the products arrived Tuesday. Packaged well. Cheap postage flat $6.95, spend $100 postage free.
