Vaibha Sharma is an absolute gem, and Bathla is incredibly lucky to have someone of his caliber on their team. It’s rare to find someone who used to be a professor, and his high level of expertise really shows. Despite juggling defects across multiple new houses in the compound, he remained completely focused on addressing the issues in my home.… Read more

He was professional, thorough, and made sure the job was done right. Highly recommended for his dedication and technical knowledge!

I purchased a property at Bathala through an agent with the clear promise that I would be involved in key decisions—such as selecting colors, tiles, and hardware. However, the work has commenced without any consultation, and I have serious concerns about the safety of the installations, including doors that open in the wrong direction. Despite my… Read more

repeated attempts to clarify the situation, I have encountered unprofessional and dismissive behavior at every turn:

Lack of Communication: After noticing the bathroom had already been tiled without our input, I reached out to our agent at Riseonics. Instead of addressing our concerns, my calls were repeatedly ignored or abruptly ended.

Rude and Dismissive Attitude (by [Name Removed]): When I finally managed to speak with a representative, I was met with hostility. I missed a call due to work, and when contacted later, the first remark was, “You did not pick my call; you are not responding,” as if I were obliged to always be available. When my wife took over the conversation to express our distress over not being involved in the promised selection process, the response was simply, “Talk to your agent—I was not given your contact,” along with a dismissive remark about our 5% deposit, implying that it was nothing out of the ordinary.

Blame Shifting From Riseonics Kush: I was directed to contact [Name Removed] via email before the unhelpful conversation. Although she eventually sent the floor plans promptly, the overall experience was marred by condescension. Later, when I contacted Kush from Riseonics, he blatantly claimed that our details had already been passed on to the builder, effectively refusing to take any responsibility.

This entire ordeal has been not only disappointing but also emotionally traumatic. I expected transparency, respect, and professional customer care—especially when a significant financial commitment is involved. Unfortunately, both the builder and the agents have left us feeling unheard and disrespected.

I share this experience in the hope that future customers are aware and that these issues are addressed. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend doing business with these parties. Consumers deserve to be treated with the utmost respect, and it is disheartening to see such a lack of accountability.

Building a house with Bathla group – I built a single storey house with Bathla for a house and land package with a building cost of $2000 per square meter under a contract in early 2021. We were told by the sale executive that we could do any kinds of variations if we wanted. Practically we were declined to add a sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom, a glass divider in… Read more

bedroom, a nitch on the wall on the hallway etc even with our own cost.

The duration from the purchase and settlement of the house was 21 months longer than what we were told by the sale executive who was unreliable. I appreciate the building appeared as a house within three years sunset as per the legal contract. I did not use the term “completed” because some jobs have not been completed yet even after the settlement.

There was a significant delay in the process of land registration and the communication was very poor among many staff. We did not get information about the delays or updates or progress for over a year since the payment was made for the land and whenever we tried to contact the relevant people, it required at least three attempts each time when necessary. Some staff did not do any reply at all to important questions.

After we were told the house was completed and the final invoice was issued two months ago, our building inspector found several major defects, incompletion of work and structural problems in brickwork, roof, ceiling void, water proof system in bathrooms, windows, insulation system, water drainage system such as floor waste, inadequate downpipes, blocked gutters, lack of joints in floor tiles, multiple air bubbles on the garage floor, lack of dump course on the render etc. The paint on the ceiling of the bathrooms is not moisture proof. Numerous minor issues are uncountable. One example is there was no single power point in the kitchen if you want to boil water or cook rice as basic requirements. There were a number of nails and irregularities in painting to the skirtings and the wall. The construction waste was everywhere on the damaged and dying lawn at the front even after their final cleaning. Anyway some of the issues were rectified after repeated requests from me. In terms of the quality of the inclusions, the broken shower handle in the bathroom is an example and it could not be used as it has not been fixed after I politely made a request two weeks ago. I have not moved in there yet. I regret spending 1.3 million to deal with these problems with high level of frustration and disappointment. I expect the authorities of Bathla consider hiring competent tradesmen in their construction.
