delivery. They emailed through the quote whilst onsite with bank details and I paid online. I have phoned the 1300 number the 7th December only to be told the container was held up at the port. On the Wednesday 14th of December I was told it should be ready to collect on the Monday 18th or Tuesday 19th so I drove out to their showroom as I could not get through on the phone only to find a note saying you were closed until the 8th January 2024 and 2 warehouse guys that were doing deliveries. The 2 warehouse guys doing deliveries were unsure why I was told to collect and went through their stock to see if it had arrived and could not locate it and advised it would be now after xmas and to call back in January. since January I have emailed, called the 1300 used their chat notice which was still on their operational website and tried contacting Ali on private mobile which all have now been disconnected. I have lodged a complaint with OFT and NCat as well as my bank to see what can be done about these Fraudsters I am going to go to NSW Police fraud division to make complaint and have these owners charged with a criminal offence .It may help close these scammers if more than 1 person contacts the https://www.police.nsw.gov.au/crime/frauds_and_scams.

Scammers - go to your Bank to recover payment – False promises as with others here.....paid in August 2023, goods were delayed from September to October and then I was told that the Vanities would be delivered in December due to a port strike in China. Spoke with Brenda, who initially seemed to want to resolve the issue but then went cold. I received a cancellation email from them but no refund after waiting for weeks. My contractor for my bathroom renovation visited Bathroom Factory Warehouse and purchased a bathroom package from them. The next day he went back to get a refund as they did not have stock and we decided to purchase from another retailer. I had to chase up this refund for it to be processed by calling. Bathroom Factory Warehouse said they would process the refund and that the money would be returned to the bank account in approximately 10 business days.

After 2 weeks of the refund not being returned, I called them again. They continued to say that it would be processed soon and that it would be an issue with the bank holding the money. My contractor contacted his bank and was told that they had no information on a refund being processed into his account. I had to call Bathroom Factory Warehouse numerous times and ask them to show proof that their accounting team had actually processed the refund and for a record of where this refund was processed to. Every time I called I was told that they would chase this up with their accounting team and get them to contact me. They never contacted me back nor did they respond to my emails.

My contractor only received the refund after New Years when the original purchase was made in November 2023. The refund was only processed after I made an official complaint to Fair Trading.

Do not purchase from this company!!! I wish I had read reviews beforehand to avoid all of this. You can see multiple 1 star reviews with other customers experiencing something similar. This company will happily take your money and not return it even if you did not receive any merchandise.

Anyone reading this and looking for bathroom wares, I suggest Acqua Bathrooms as this is who we went with instead and they actually delivered the products promised at a reasonable price and on time. Do not waste your time with Bathroom Factory Warehouse.

They have taken our money and gone silent – We placed a $1800 order in November and the company has now become unresponsive. They had no itention of fulfilling the order and have taken the money, shipped nothing and now their emails are bouncing and they are no longer answering the phone. They have absolutely run away with the money. Reading the reviews it seems there are a lot of people in the same position and I hope they are brought to justice.

Beware of owners [Name Removed] and [Name Removed] – Ordered a bathroom set a couple months ago - Business address has been permanently closed, email address has been deactivated, nobody answers the phone line, contacted owners with no response. Doubt we will receive anything, owners have probably run off with the money. Raised a claim with my bank for a refund. Hopeless customer service and no acceptance of fault – It has taken an entire month to fulfil an order of no communication except by me. Countless delays and shortages that I was not told about and when arguing enough agreed to send all but one item on hold just for them to leave items off delivery anyway. Of course I asked for a refund and again I had to chase this several times after filling in the paperwork. It was longer than 10 business days I had emailed - no response. August, so called again mid August and not long after the order was finally ready for pickup.

But guess what? The two items we were waiting on, a vanity and mirror cabinet, were not what we ordered. I queried with the front of house staff and they said their supplier had sent the wrong stuff. Would have been nice to know they couldn’t supply what we paid for before going there.

Ok fine do you have what we ordered? No. Right so you sold something you can’t supply. Hmmm ok, I’ll take a refund. Great, filled in a form. “It’ll take 10 business days.” Ok.

10 business days pass, no refund. Email them and followed up with a call. “We got you to fill in the wrong paperwork”. Ok resubmitted the “right” paperwork. Waited another 10 business days.

Still no refund! Been very calm and amicable up until today when I yet again had to call, after several emails with this company since June, and they said they’ve just processed it today and it’ll take another 10 business days!!

This is fraud!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. Knowingly taking someone’s money when you can’t supply the product and then not returning their money within a reasonable time. Never mind the delays it’s caused on our bathroom reno. We want our money back!

I rang them a few days later to see when I could pick the mirror up to be told "oh sorry, we don't have any stock of that mirror, your order just missed out, we will have stock again in a month". We decided to wait but a month turned into 3 months, was given every excuse under the sun on why its taking so long, we only just picked up our mirror on the 06.09.2023. Also in the mean time discovered that their EOFYS is a complete scam, we purchased the mirror because it was down to $300 from $600 but if you go on their website you will see they just change their list price to what suits them to sell the mirror at $300. Highly recommend you look elsewhere to purchase your Bathroom products.

I Paid For A Product. I Did Not Receive The Product. They Kept The Money – I'm sure there is word for this type of operation but I can't remember what it is.. paid around $500 for a product earlier in the year which I had no reason to believe would not be dispatched next day delivery. After 8 weeks I requested a refund and had a bunch of 'supply chain' excuses inflicted on me. Now just silence. I will be filing a separate report with ACCC.

Hopeless - don't bother – Website kicks you off every time you don't go directly to 'purchase'. If you move around pages on the website, it removes what is in your cart. Nothing definite on stock availability or delivery times.

Couldn't find a product they recommended on the website as companion to my vanity purchase. 'Oh, it's not on the website but we can do a separate order, you pay now, give me payment info now on the phone'. I refused. I haven't even bought the vanity yet!

This isn't customer service. It's a factory with no stock. Don't waste your time.

Disgusting, cracked Vanity - DO NOT USE – Had vanity delivered, vanity was not installed for 3 months due to tradesperson shortage. Vanity was cracked, they won't let me claim the warranty as it sat in my garage for 3 months. - no difference if the vanity was hung or the vanity sat in my garage in packaging. Vanity comes with 5 year warranty however not able to claim as it sat in my garage and not on my bathroom. HARD TO DEAL WITH. do not use
