Order a bathtub 4pm Friday and was delivered by 4pm Saturday! Very reasonable delivery fee ~$75 and the fluted tub + plug was <$1000. No cracks and great quality.

service is abhorent. Emails go unanswered, and if you manage to get them to answer the phone, they lie and tell you it's being dispatched today. All complete rubbish. Save yourself the hassle and just don't support this company. There are many other reputable suppliers out there.

who happily showed me around their huge warehouse (more boxed stock than I’ve ever seen in one place!).
I annoyingly asked to see the exact spa I was buying, and nothing was too much trouble Jo actually opened the box so I could check the quality for myself, which I really appreciated. He then organised delivery for the very next day at a great price.
The spa itself was very competitively priced, and other companies were quoting 2–3 weeks for delivery, so the speed and efficiency here was next level.
I’m so impressed with the customer service, quality and delivery speed. I’ll definitely be using Bathroom Hub again and will be recommending them to all my friends!

bidet seat was white. Multiple attempts in email and phone calls to discuss how to remedy, after weeks was advised by rude male that the black standard seat should be in the box (it wasn’t) and that the bidet was white and I should have known that (from where is that info)? Told he would send me the details to return the bidet for refund and didn’t advise how I would get a black toilet seat. Never received any details. This company has no respect for their clients, once they have your cash they don’t care. Sat away from them, they’re just awful.

Product Quality & Incompatibility Issues Bathtub Waste Plug: I ordered a Gunmetal waste plug, but I received an overflow type which was not even listed as an option. This forced our plumber to purchase and install a generic standard plug just to complete the installation.
1500mm Vanity Benchtop: I ordered both 1500mm and 900mm vanities in the same style with stone benchtops. The 900mm top was fine, but the 1500mm top was fundamentally wrong. The radius of the corner curve was too small, causing the cabinet underneath to protrude significantly past the stone edge (as shown in the photos provided to them). This makes the vanity unusable.
2. Missing Items and Abysmal After-Sales Service Missing Delivery: We initially checked the order and found that three items, including the Laundry Tub and Robe Hooks, had been missed entirely from the shipment.
Non-existent Communication: Just like other reviews I've read, emails were sent with no response. Repeated attempts to call the listed number were fruitless—it was constantly engaged or went unanswered.
Rude Phone Interaction (Call 1): After extreme difficulty, I finally connected with a single male staff member. He was unfriendly, abrupt, and did not offer any apology for the missing items or the project delay they caused. He simply said he would ship the items and quickly hung up the phone.
Second Shipping Error: A week later, a partial package arrived containing only the Robe Hooks. The crucial Laundry Tub was still missing.
Rude Phone Interaction (Call 2): Contacting the company again was just as difficult. When I finally reached the same male staff member, the interaction was a repeat of the first: no apology, just a quick promise to send the tub, and another hang-up.
Current Status and Conclusion I have now been waiting two weeks for the missing Laundry Tub and a proper resolution regarding the defective 1500mm vanity benchtop.
This entire operation appears to be run solely by one individual with poor communication skills. I genuinely question if the showroom in NSW even exists or is open for visits. If this continuous difficulty with after-sales service persists, I am unsure how to proceed.
I used to think Temple & Webster had the worst customer service in the industry, but this company has easily taken that title. It is extremely telling that I cannot even find a listing for this company on Google Reviews—it seems they have intentionally avoided registration to prevent negative feedback.
Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money elsewhere to avoid this absolute nightmare.

Since then, I have followed up regularly—approximately once a month. Each time, I was informed that the items were on their way. This occurred again on 8 July and 2 September, when I was told to expect delivery within three weeks on both occasions.
I called again on Friday and was advised that I would receive a callback on Monday. This did not occur, so I followed up today and was informed that the product I paid for was unavailable, but that a substitute could be shipped instead.
To be clear, everyone I have spoken to has been polite and professional. However, it appears there are issues with your order-tracking or logistics systems. Unfortunately, this experience has caused significant inconvenience and will influence our decision to use your business in future projects.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as resolving these logistical challenges could greatly improve your operations and customer satisfaction.
2 unanswered emails. 4 phone calls. And 4 weeks waiting for a product that never arrived. Was told it was on its way, would be here by the end of the week (twice), was in my state. Fourth phone call I queried where it was to be told they "couldn't find it" when I asked how you lose a bathroom vanity they replied it was "in a large container somewhere" I gave up and requested a refund. I recently renovated my three bathrooms and kitchen and bought all my products from bathroom Hub. Have you seen their prices? They are alot cheaper than any other company of the same product. I live in the country and their freight rate were very low compared to other companies It was an absolute pleasure to deal with bathroom hub and I couldn’t be more happier
Took over 3 weeks to receive items with excuses. Overcharged for posting. Cheap quality so I was told to email. Unanswered email ! Eventually rang and returned items and waited over 2 weeks without refund. Initiated call again to be told it will be refunded. Rang twice more with same empty promise. The same person always answering the phone was absolutely useless with every contact. Poor English . Poor communication skills. Poor attitude. Every dull word he tried to utter was just an excuse. Refund never forthcoming so had to rely on PayPal buyers protection. Save urself the angst and purchase elsewhere !
