I have a Baumatic Btlw10 top loader it does not seem to drain the water out after good 1year. I'm hearing different problems with why the water isn't draining. I have a drainage pipe sitting same level as the washing machine since I brought it neva had probs I've been told it has to be below the water level, tried it, never worked either any solutions???
Probably just got something stuck in the fins to the drain pump. If you are handy with the tools then you can turn the washer over and take out the pump. Make sure the washer is unplugged. Otherwise get in a washing machine mechanic to do it.. I had to with mine, cost me about $120
Most likely will have a hair clip in the drain pump fins.

Something might be jammed in the barrel. A hair clip or something.
Maybe a belt has come off or worn out.

Yes you should be able to get one from a hardware store etc, its just flexible hose.
Where in Brisbane can I get a hose for cold water for my baumatic bwm 70 or can I use the hot water hose in the cold outlet? As I only wash in cold water anyway. Thank you!
Yeah I have used only one hose before on a washing machine, works ok. That machine I had outside and connected to the tap. Worked well.

Hi This machine will not automatically dispense softener, please see extract bellow from the instruction manual. Softener o An automatic softener input device is not available with this machine, so if you would like to use it, you should pause the wash program before the last bleaching operation and introduce softener manually.
o You should always follow the manufacturer’s directions when using softener to avoid damage to clothing.
