Avoid from this shop – They are very rude , unprofessional and very poor customer services . I’ve been their customer for more than a year but recently they did not send the orders ontime and they blaming Australia post and do not take any responsibility The lady was very rude when I asked her why I still did not got my order after 3 days that was supposed to be sent via express . Be careful and respect your time and money by avoiding BBmobile
horrible order – I had already make an order on 2 January , but until the 13 January I didn't received anything . during this time I called them four times that nobody answer the phone. I wrote the email to their office , but can't send, the email address is wrong! I want to know why!
Won't buy there again – Bought a cover for Blackberry phone, from the place which was supposed to be the recognised dealer in Australia. Cover was received within two days, which was amazing, but it all went downhill from there...... hadn't been opened. Problem of course was that you had to open packaging to know the cover didn't fit! Emailed same company address again to ask if it could still be returned, and emailed again and again, and phoned and phoned and phoned (at different times on different days), and phoned but number rang out and could not leave message. Unfortunately in addition to the above problem, I also purchased the correct cover from this site (on the same day as receiving the wrong one in the post) because the case was a present, and in the hope it would turn up in time for the recipient of said present.....well that was 19 days ago....and still no new phone cover, only an invoice confirmation of payment from paypal. So the emails and phone calls continue and still no response from BBstore/Smartphone protection, but so far they have more than $60 from us and we still only have the incorrect cover, which I will now have to replace through another company. I realise from the website that the company seems to be going through a changeover process, but surely they should at least return enquiries. I have never had problems before buying online and always stick to Aussie providers....not this one anymore!
Woeful service!! – Bought accessories online (no actual handset, thankfully) -- delivered next day, but only half the order! Have emailed several times, no response. Calls go unanswered. Absolutely no interest in delivering what they promised and what I paid for, absolutely steer clear of this mob.
Terrible customer service – BBStore in Sydney, who I believed to be the authorised agent for Blackberry here in Australia, repaired the casing on my Blackberry Classic, when I received it back, it had a sound fault, returned the phone back to them and I have not seen the phone since, tried phoning, either no answer, engaged or goes to mail box full. who runs BBStore does not reply to emails or a letter sent by registered post, I then had to get NSW Fair Trading involved, I still have not got my phone back after nearly 5 months. Absolutely zero customer service.
Dodgy – I purchased my last BB here with no problem. This purchase however, did not go well. I was made aware of a delay in stock arriving which was fair enough, but then there was another delay. full, try again later" after which it hangs up on you. On the RARE occasion I got through to Marilyn, she basically told me lies to stall for time. Then SHE calls me at work (I couldn't answer) and leaves a message telling me to call her as soon as possible to verify my credit card so she can release my order. Back to square one and repeated attempted calls to their number (I was dialling continuously for about three hours) Marilyn finally answered. It has been two weeks now since I paid, and they received the stock last thursday (9th feb), yet my order was not dispatched on thursday or friday. And I paid extra for 2 day delivery. My last call on which I managed to get through to Marilyn was yesterday morning (13th feb), and she swore to me I would receive it this morning (14th feb). It didn't arrive. This company do not answer their phone, nor do they return emails or online enquiries. I dread that if I have a problem with the phone under warranty, that I will have to attempt to contact them again. Considering this is the official australian Blackberry store, the service is almost non existent. I love Blackberry phones but next time will purchase through my telco. Avoid this company, and they also operate another site under another name which appears identical to the BBstore site, but the contact details are the same. AVOID BBStore.com.au if you don't want to have a nervous breakdown like I did!
Horrible Company and Service – Ordered a case from them online. Extra $10 in shipping between major australian cities? Case arrived, and it barely fit on my phone. company over phone and email to request a refund, and I was ignored for 2 weeks. When they finally responded, they said I must have ordered the wrong case, and simply said "it should work fine". They've stopped responding completely after my requests for a refund.
