the worst food ever. After two weeks of use, our dog developed a severe allergic reaction and has been scratching incessantly, to the point of bleeding. Show details
I have been buying franks dog food for over a year and now the weight of the bag has gone from 20kg to 15kg at the same price with nothing mentioning this to the customer. Lucky I noticed before buying. I won’t be buying this brand again, very sneaky. 5kg is a BIG drop. Show details

Very Dissapointed. I was using Be Frank for my 2 Greatdanes for the last year or so, I went to buy some a few weeks ago and noticed they have changed the main ingredients. The main ingredient now is Peas. Very dissapointing, they have now lost me as a buyer. Dogs are not vegetarian their main ingredient should be fish or meat. Show details

After a chicken absence for 12 months. Vet suggested we try cooked chicken only or a quality chicken biscuits. As we already used Be Frank, we knew which Biscuit to purchase. Got the smaller packet, to test. Ummmm she loves the chicken biscuits! So now we blend her new chicken biscuits with the salmon and sardine. Her poo's are solid which indicates a healthy gut. You pay a fraction more, but its priceless to have a healthy dog. Show details · 1

I tried Be Frank dog food in kangaroo for my 3 chihuahuas for the first time since it’s a new brand. My dogs love it, it’s really hard to get them to eat kibble sometimes and they all liked it! It’s great to see all the healthy ingredients and inclusion of vitamins and probiotics etc. in the food. Show details · 1
My beautiful staffy girl has had skin problems all her life; I have tried various commercial and home cooked foods for her over the past 11 years, with varying results. I found the Be Frank dry food whilst waiting for the dog bath in the local Pet Stock. I'm pleased to say that the itching has pretty much stopped and my much loved girl has… Read more · 3
normal looking skin and a soft, shiny coat. We're on our third bag of this food and will definitely be continuing to use it.
2x8 yr old dogs and this is FINALLY the only feed that both devoured! My Groodle is fussy and will like something for a few days then no more. They don’t even just eat “extras1st,like cheese etc” they eat EVERYTHING! Thanks so much for coming to my rescue! Show details · 1
Goes down a treat! – My 3 mini sausages love this food! They get so excited for mealtime. Usually they are quite fussy but not with this. They can’t get enough!! Show reply
Healthy nutritious food – We recently received a free sample of BE FRANK Salmon and Sardine Dry Dog Food from the Sydney Dog Lovers Festival, and I am thrilled to share that our four dogs absolutely loved it! We took it with us on a trip to the beach and got some beautiful pics of just how much they loved it! One of our pups has a sensitive tummy, and I was particularly… Read more · 1
concerned about how his tummy would react, but he had no issues whatsoever.
After researching the company, I was even more impressed. BE FRANK prides itself on using superfoods and high-quality, nutritious ingredients, all locally made in Sydney. The fact that the food is grain-free is a huge plus, and I love how transparent the company is about their ingredients. You can actually enter the batch number on their website’s ‘Transparency Tracker’ to see exactly what’s gone into your dog’s food. It’s refreshing to see a brand that’s so upfront about its product – it’s truly “FRANK” about what goes into your pet’s food!
Overall, we’re incredibly happy with BE FRANK, and I’ll definitely be continuing with them for our dogs. Highly recommend to any pet parent looking for quality, trustworthy food!
Frank loves BeFrank – Our dachshund loves this food. We originally bought it cos his name is Frank and we thought it was funny - but turns out it’s his favourite! Show reply
Absolute Fav – This dog food has been the best for my Golden Retriever. He had always struggled with different types of foods he eats as he is allergic but Be Frank has been the best since. He enjoys eating it everyday and loves it. I definitely recommend Be Frank for your animals. This is George Approved. Show reply

Yummy puppy food for our growing boy – Our GSP pup loves this food! Good quality ingredients and love these a grain and chicken free option for puppy stage too. Nice to be able to buy (and support) an Aussie owned brand too. Show details · 2
Ticked all the boxes for me and my staffy! – I was looking for an Australian alternative to what I was currently buying that was made in America. My staffy has sensitive skin and gut so I’m picky with the quality and ingredients but this food ticked all the boxes. My staffy is super fussy but she gobbled this up and gave me her happy staffy grumble to say she wanted more! Now this is the only dry food I buy. Show details · 2
A sample change – I purchased a small bag from pet stock because my usual order from another company was delayed and let me tell you that when the other kibble arrived Ellie wasn’t impressed after sampling Be Frank. Safe to say I’ll be ordering this from now on… the fussy eater has demands Show details · 1

Great food !! – We switched over to be frank from meals for mutts and our pup has loved the kangaroo grain free ! We used to give him some kibble in the morning and he wouldn’t touch it now it’s gone within 5 minutes of putting it in the bowl ! Such great ingredients too. Our pup has had reactions previously to grains and chicken but haven’t had any issues since starting the kangaroo grain free Show 3 replies

An added bonus is I prefer to support Australian businesses where possible, so a winning point. The cost in not too bad in comparison. Show details · 1
Great Product – I finally found some dry dog food that isn’t giving my 9yr stomach issues or ear infections he’s been on it for 2 months now. After SPD stopped their dry food he struggled and so did I with the vet bills but now he’s doing well I just hope they keep this product on the market It’s reasonably priced and stands true to its name so far Show details · 1
Reasonably priced product with good variety – Our 4 month old rescue was terribly itchy and scratching herself raw in places and it wasn't parasites or dermatitis. After doing some research, it turns out that a lot of dogs are allergic to chicken and that's what pup was eating. It is almost impossible to find a food without chicken! Crazy! (Even ones that say, for example, lamb and vegetables… Read more · 1
have chicken as one of the main ingredients!) I chose Be Frank Turkey Salmon & Sardine because it was so much more reasonably priced than other brands. It does have "poultry meal" and chicken gravy listed as ingredients but I thought for the price I'd give it a go. After a week of switching to Be Frank her scabs were healed and the itching was hardly noticeable. She was given chicken as treats for puppy school classes for a couple of days this week and the itching is back, so I will definitely keep buying this brand.
Scoffed it – This was recommended due to recall of my dogs usual dry food. I hesitated bc much cheaper product (by $70) & I have an underweight elderly standard poodle (read fussy). OMG scoffed it. And no tummy upset from the switch. Show details · 1
