Fast forward to when they arrived. 1 blind didn't work and had to go through a week of back and forth emails (I was blamed for operating the blind in the box, which I didn't). The second blind had the motor on the wrong side (meaning I can't route it to the plug), and it didn't fit in the space as it was 69mm deep!

I have been blamed for not being clear enough on where I was placing the blinds, despite the fact I called up and requested the details. I was given the top bracket detail, and it turns out the bottom rail is actually the widest part. I was told this was all I requested which isn't true. Even if it was true, for them to not provide the widest component is hugely irresponsible and shows how little they understand these products, despite their 'years' of experience.

Beautiful Blinds, also acting as Honeycomb Blinds are purely acting as an intermediary to provide information on the blinds, they then place this order with Norman who then manufacture and deliver them. Even the troubleshooting had to had to be re-laid back to Norman. Honeycomb Blinds provided the wrong information and then placed the order incorrectly - the only two things they were involved with!

They have refused to rectify the issue, despite me coming up with a way of getting the blinds to work if they're ordered 50mm shorter (they need to be reordered anyway to correct the motor being on the wrong side). They then argued that we need a different type of blind, despite providing no evidenced backed reason as to why the originally type won't work. One suggestion from them was to chisel out part of my window!

In addition to all of this, I believe they uploaded backdated information on the website with the correct bottom bracket dimension in an effort to show it had been there all along.

I have raised this as dispute on my credit card after over a month of trying to rectify this unsuccessfully.

My advice - go elsewhere!

very poor product .. almost no customer service .. don't guarantee products – purchased vertical blinds .. they don't close properly and are not the size I ordered. Any guarantee or warranty ... seems not!

There’s other blind providers. Avoid this one – I paid for $2.5k worth of blinds online including measure and install and never had the measure nor received them. Merrimy stopped responding to my emails and I was forced to file a dispute with my bank to get my money returned. Still waiting to get my money back. 5 months and still waiting – I chose this site because of a review in Renew Magazine. Bad mistake. 21/12/2020 I placed the order for one blind. In 5 months I have contacted them on 4 occasions. There has been a total lack of communication from the store outside of this. In March I was told 3 and half weeks. In April I was told nothing new but some problems. Since then nothing. Honeycomb Blinds are just what we were hoping for – I had a fabric sample sent out, then needed to ask a few questions over email about sizing. Received help and good advice about sizes, and the fabric was exactly the type and colour we wanted. The blind was installed yesterday and it looks perfect. After many months and numerous attempts both by phone and email which were largely ignored, I have no other recourse but to pass it on to Fair Trading to deal with, as I still can't even obtain a receipt/invoice for payment 11 months ago. I've suggested another company to install them who are willing to do so at a bit more expense, but once again, haven't heard back. Very helpful initially but totally unacceptable dealings since then!

would suit our needs. The double honeycomb blind product was chosen as we live in a cold climate and have found these to do very well at insulating our home. They look sensational and we are very happy with their operation and appearance.

Good until something goes wrong - then they don't want to know you – Service was very good until we had issues with our roller blinds. Ripped off – Blind installer dropped blinds and dented. Waited 12 weeks for repair which had holes through blinds as shop owners could not check blinds before delivery. No apologies from shop owners no more replacements. They are rude and wish i went elsewhere. Thanks for my crap new blinds with holes in them that i paid alot of money for. Hope you close down.

ever wanted. Ours were bought in two lots. Firstly the blockouts for the bedroom and after moving, all the Light filtering ones. Arrived before the due date. They have increased the efficiency of the air-conditioning by between 2 - 3 degrees, maybe more. We couldn't be happier. And they look soooooo good. We love them and so do our visitors.

very satisfied with the product and instructions for installation. If in doubt of installation they will provide a very professional installer. We worked it out ourselves but the installer could have done the measuring and installation a lot quicker than we did. Probably good piece of mind for others.

Made my house a real home – I had my whole house fitted with sunscreen roller blinds, for privacy during the day,blockout Roman blinds for privacy at night and beautiful ceadar blindes for my study to match my wood desk. Never again – The blinds looked good online but the service is pretty bad. I spent around $800 on a large honeycomb blind, but the chain operation broke 3 weeks after it was installed. I have requested a replacement, but like the other review it is me following up with them about getting a replacement or a refund - I still haven't gotten the refund or replacement - Poor uncoordinated service - once the have your money they don't care
