I engaged Beautiful Blinds to fit out an entire new house and unit with roller blinds; 2 separate jobs. The quality of the service was good and I am very happy with the appearance and quality of the blinds. I am going to use this company again soon.

Initially we had a few conversations via phone and email. I found Merimy very helpful and she obtained additional information for me to help make my purchase decision. Visiting their showroom and seeing the blind styles and many more questions. I found they knew their product well and were happy to spend the time to make sure we had a product that would suit our needs.
The double honeycomb blind product was chosen as we live in a cold climate and have found these to do very well at insulating our home. They look sensational and we are very happy with their operation and appearance.

Service was very good until we had issues with our roller blinds. Beautiful Blinds didn't respond to emails or calls, had to chase her for months while she talked in circles, denying any responsibility, even after having her installer and two other blind suppliers come and check them and agree that they are too small. I find it interesting she happily replied to people who gave her good reviews - but those who didn't, she didn't even reply to - exactly how they are in business. Would never, ever use Beautiful Blinds again and would advise others to steer clear.

Blind installer dropped blinds and dented. Waited 12 weeks for repair which had holes through blinds as shop owners could not check blinds before delivery. No apologies from shop owners no more replacements. They are rude and wish i went elsewhere. Thanks for my crap new blinds with holes in them that i paid alot of money for. Hope you close down.

I purchased Roman blinds (blackout). I had lots of questions about styles, fabrics, installation, etc. The owner personally called me several times to explain everything. She sent me swatches and even provided photos of what other clients had done.

Beautiful Blinds is better than any other online purchasing experience. I dealt with a very reputable company run by an expert in window coverings. The quality of the finished product was much, much better than what I had seen in shops in Melbourne. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Top quality, great prices and personalised service -- what a combination!

I found Beautiful Blinds through a Google search looking for value for money double celled/honeycomb blinds. All my communication has been on line. Seamless Experience. The only thing we had to do was follow directions and measure correctly. Then install of course!
So double check that you get that part right and your product will be all you ever wanted. Ours were bought in two lots. Firstly the blockouts for the bedroom and after moving, all the Light filtering ones. Arrived before the due date. They have increased the efficiency of the air-conditioning by between 2 - 3 degrees, maybe more. We couldn't be happier. And they look soooooo good. We love them and so do our visitors.

Being a first home owner we were very unsure about out blinds options. Beautiful Blinds had all the knowledge we didn't and helped us choose the right blinds for our home. The service was outstanding and the variety was extensive with almost endless choices to suit everyone. We order 5 large blockout roller blinds online, Beautiful Blinds were excellent to deal with, all phone calls and enquires answered as required. Product arrived when and as described. Beautiful Blinds made the appropriate enquires for our choices and all the choices were filled as described. The entire product is of a very high standard and we are very satisfied with the product and instructions for installation. If in doubt of installation they will provide a very professional installer. We worked it out ourselves but the installer could have done the measuring and installation a lot quicker than we did. Probably good piece of mind for others.

The advice, service and price

The blinds looked good online but the service is pretty bad. I spent around $800 on a large honeycomb blind, but the chain operation broke 3 weeks after it was installed. I have requested a replacement, but like the other review it is me following up with them about getting a replacement or a refund - I still haven't gotten the refund or replacement -
