the floor model I wanted, the salesperson recorded the wrong item. I was delivered a standard hard mattress that is agonizing to sleep on. Instead of acknowledging the clerical error, the manager, Harish, has been patronizing and dismissive, using the incorrect invoice to "prove" I bought something I didn't.
To ask a disabled pensioner for an additional $2,000 to fix their own staff’s mistake is predatory. I am not asking for a handout; I am asking for the bed I actually chose and paid for. Their "mean girl" attitude and lack of accountability are shameful. Avoid the Mandurah store if you value honest service and basic respect.

years ago and still looks like new. Why buy you might ask. With age I needed more comfort for aching bones. Well done Belinda you listened, you cared and the decision was easy. She also cared enough to my ideas regarding employing a company to come and "turn the bed".Thank you very much Belinda nice to know about a reward but I didnt know about the reward and noticed how very kind Belinda is.

paid for it. The bed was delivered, put together for one price. I recently had to have an issue looked at and within a week this was done with the best service from their Repairer (Troy). Never have i had such quick service and the professionalism from the Repairer gave me great confidence and he showed me what he believed was the problem and how to fix it in the future. He also stated if it doesn't fix it he will come out again straight away. So far so good. If you need a bed or recliner for a medical condition I would give them a go first.

had a bad experience with the last mattress we purchased five years ago and had only been trying mattresses without a top separate pillow top. Staff were helpful, friendly and gave us plenty of time to try mattresses, also delivery price was reasonable and quick.
